We had a wonderful stay and we will be back. It was very spacious. Loved the beds, very comfortable. It was very clean. Very good for large families or groups. Only thing I would have enjoyed more would have been having access to the elevator and I wish there would have been a Kuerig coffee pot.

We absolutely loved our stay in Perdido Key! This condo was exactly what our large family needed. It was exceptionally clean and so spacious - we never felt crowded.The host was very helpful, and quick about responding when I had a question.The beds were incredibly comfortable, we all slept great and woke up refreshed and ready for beach days. Having plenty of bathrooms for everyone was a huge plus and made mornings so much easier.The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils, so we could easily cook together. We also really appreciated all the beach gear provided - since we didn't bring anything with us. Such a convenient touch!The grill, fire pit, and outside seating were perfect for getting the whole family together for dinner in the evenings.The location couldn't be better. The pool was nice and just right around the corner, public beach access is just down the road, and there are lots of great shops and restaurants nearby.We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Perfect for a golf trip

Good house, beds were comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze. Overflow parking is close and convenient.

The house was as described and stocked with all we needed. Location was great and in a quiet area. Not far from the beach at all. The host was quick and responsive to all of my questions. Very friendly and accommodating. There were a few cosmetic issues that needed updating (if you are looking for perfection). I don’t feel like the cleaning service did the best job before we got there as there. We brought our puppy who was finding all kinds of beads from a necklace on the floor. At the time, the bathtub on the master bathroom was out of order. None of this was a deal breaker!! The house is still great and beautiful. The bed in the room I stayed in was too soft for my liking, but the others in our party found their beds comfortable. All in all we would book this place again.

The property was amazing very accommodating for all ages. Although the pool is very close and accessible, we were anticipating it being in the backyard. Overall, the hosts were very hospitable, great communication and in a timely manner, and the house was wonderful! We will definitely be back if the dates are available.

Great location!!!

Was exactly as described. Spacious but cozy. The most comfortable bed I have slept in for a very long time! It was hard for me to wanna get up and do any sightseeing with such comfy bed! I'm gonna buy one just like it when we get home! Gabby and Chris were very pleasant to work with.

10/10! We will definitely book again!

10/10. The property is big & beautiful! The hosts are great & responded to us quickly whenever we had any questions. We will definitely book again! It was a total of 14 of us, 5 kids & 9 adults, & we still had more than enough space. The beds are extremely soft & you literally sink in the beds. Gabriella also sent us in some chocolate during our stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our vacation, but there were several issues with the property that future guests should be aware of.On the morning of check-in, we received an email with the entry codes and a very extensive list of potential damage charges. While I completely understand that homeowners need to protect their property, the length and tone of the list made us feel more worried about accidentally breaking a rule than relaxing and enjoying our stay.The home is nicely decorated, but the furniture was not comfortable. Both the couch and loveseat appear to be well past their prime. The support beneath the cushions is worn out, causing you to sink through when sitting. Unfortunately, the same issue extended to two of the bedroom mattresses, which were extremely worn and made it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep.We also encountered rodents on the third-floor balcony, which was concerning.The community pool was conveniently located within walking distance, but it could use better maintenance. During every visit, my granddaughter found dead frogs in the pool ,which took away from the experience.With some updates to the furniture and mattresses, better attention to pest control, and improved pool maintenance, this property could provide a much more enjoyable stay.

Clean and spacious

We have a big family so we found this house for a bunch of us. Other family stayed nearby in condos on the beach. We never felt cramped. Multiple people could be in the kitchen at the same time. Had room for all the kids to sit and eat. Great community. We’re safe. Kid friendly. Pool was nice on check in day. Very nice well maintained home. Excellent communication with the owners. Stayed a week, but could’ve stayed longer, but back to life at home. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We love the location of the house and the neighborhood was really quiet. The house is very spacious and the bunk room on the 3rd floor would be perfect for kids. It could use a new mattress in the master and some blackout curtains. The street lights are very bright. Love that for security, not so much when sleeping. There wasn’t any toilet paper in 3 of the bathrooms when we arrived, but the owner was quick to respond and had some delivered within 30 mins. They even had some mini Krispy Kreme doughnuts sent with it. Some negatives were with games in the listing not being in the game room and the cleanliness. I don’t think that the owners were aware of the cleaning issues so I don’t hold that against them, but it needs to be addressed. I did let them know while we were staying so hopefully they got it handled. I just went and bought cleaning supplies and took care of it instead of having a cleaning crew come in while we were in the house.

Lovely condo w/lots of accommodations

This was a really nice condo out in Peridido Key in a partially residential area. It looks like most of the condos cul-de-sac are rental-style, but there is an HOA associated with this property, which is extremely off putting to myself personally so wanted to note that since I found out after booking.No street parking in the cul-de-sac and there’s only enough space to park two cars in the driveway since the garage is a converted game room, which was really cool. The kids loved the game room and there’s tons of stuff in there for kiddos if you don’t have beach toys and pool toys. There’s extra parking not far on the hanging road near the pool. The pool is 5’ deep and kind of small, but the kids will def still enjoy it.The yard was rather small in the front and back and there’s no covering on the back porch in case you want to sit out when it’s raining, but it’s still a nice view in the back. We actually saw a bunny the morning we were leaving.There’s also an elevator that’s not available for guest use, so be prepared to climb. If you’ve skipped leg day, the first floor is your best friend, friend. There’s a pack and play in the master bedroom, they’ve got baby supplies if you’ve forgotten things, and dining ware/silverware in the kitchen.There’s quick-ish access to the beach, but this area is heavily touristy, so most public beach parking lots fill quickly. 10-15 min walk to a beach.Overall, it’s a pretty property and you can feel at home there pretty quickly.
