With a very large veranda overlooking Athens and a terrace facing Acropolis and Filopapou Hill, this delightful penthouse offers a wonderful stay for guests. With 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 2 twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room, along with 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, this property ensures a comfortable and tranquil experience.
The penthouse is centrally located, in the lively and trendy area of Koukaki, 10 minutes walking distance from Acropolis and Plaka, the old city area. Koukaki has a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and shops around. The Museum of Modern Art is three blocks away.
The penthouse has a Cable TV with international channels and movies.
We will treat you as friends, ready to provide assistance and advice.

This property worked well for us, two couples, and could have easily handled additional people. Dimitrios met us to go over everything and ensure things were in order. We appreciated the welcome and amenities. We were able to walk to the Acropolis, the Changing of the Guard, stores and restaurants without issue.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The rooftop veranda has wonderful views of the Parthenon. A great place to relax. The Parthenon is less than a 10 minute walk away. We also enjoyed walking to dinner each evening- there were so many options nearby.

Did you know this property is very close to everything including a store and a coffee house and a 12 minute walk to the Acropolis to view from the rooftop in the balcony with fantastic better than expected

Great location (quieter neighborhood, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, near acropolis and other sites), but the unit itself was not described well in the app. The second bathroom is really 1/2 (two couples shared the full bathroom shower), and the acropolis view pictured requires accessing the rooftop terrace and then climbing a small external stairway to see over the antennae on the roofs across the street. The bedrooms were comfortable enough, but the sitting area had just one uncomfortable couch.

Everything in our penthouse is exactly as described in the profil. The view from the terrace, has the view of the Parthenon and all the guests adore it, having the drink and relaxing without having to climbed anything. Furthermore, all the guests use the shower of the second bathroom as auxiliary. Not by accident the penthouse has so many great reviews from so many guests.

This was all it said it was. Perfect location. Lots of restaurants and shops of all kinds, and the penthouse was very comfortable. The host and staff were very attentive to make our stay perfect, even arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport. Our only problem….weather. It stormed the 3 days of our stay. But we made the best of it anyway. Highly recommend this penthouse.
