Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Great stay!

Our stay was great! The home was nicely decorated and clean. We had fun driving the golf cart around. Also great distance from the beach. Management check in on us through text and had great response time. Overall we had great time and will be booking in the future.

Great Family property

Absolutely beautiful property with plenty of space for the whole family to stretch out. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our family of 5. Beautifully decorated and my husband especially loved the large golf cart. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed, though we’re not sure what specifically fell short regarding the pool. We feel the photos and description accurately reflect the property and its amenities. As for the area — you’re right! Late July brings a lively crowd to our usually quiet beach town, and traffic can definitely pick up. We hope the golf cart made it a little easier to get around and enjoy all the local spots without getting caught in those red-light backups.

Property was nice, golf cart did NOT work and they were UNWILLING to find ANY kind of solution, no exchange with other property, no discount just excuse after excuse. management did not care at all- excuse after excuse with no solution even offered. I own property and would NEVER treat a customer like this there is no excuse of “it’s a holiday”.

The golf cart is provided as a complimentary amenity, and when the issue was reported, our team remained in consistent communication with you, providing updates and working to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. A repair vendor was contacted immediately; however, due to the holiday timeframe, they were not able to service the cart during your stay. Because the golf cart is a courtesy feature and not a paid amenity, refunds or exchanges with other properties are not guaranteed. That said, guests who require a cart for their stay are always welcome to rent one independently, and we do offer discount codes through local vendors we partner with. We hope you were still able to enjoy the beach, local restaurants, and everything the area has to offer, and that the cart issue did not completely derail your getaway. We’re happy to share that the golf cart has since been repaired and is now fully operational for future guests. While we do our best to address issues promptly, there are times—much like with personal home ownership—when repairs depend on third-party vendor and parts availability. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Review

The home was nice, however, it was initially difficult to contact management because it was remote. This could partly have been my fault, but the management company was slow to respond and not very helpful. However, when I was able to contact the local management, they were very helpful and prompt in resolving our issues (which could have happened to anyone - a non-functional garbage disposal and broken toilet paper dispenser). Really, my only complaint is minor - they provided 2 trash bags for 11 people to stay for 4 days and 3 nights. It seems that there should at least be one bag for each day/night of the rental. Otherwise, top notch and we really enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach. Great access to nearby restaurants, grocery stores and beaches.
