While the fireplaces add to the home’s charm, they are not currently active. This historic property offers a unique experience but does come with some considerations. Due to its age, sound may carry between units, and guests should be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours. We want our guests to have a comfortable stay and are always available to address any concerns.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to Unit 1 of this three-family property. Each unit has a separate entrance, ensuring privacy for all guests. As a guest of Unit 1, you will have exclusive access to the back patio, backyard, and large driveway. The front driveway and front yard area are for the use of the other two units located in a portion of the upstairs section.

-We’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out whenever possible! Since we need to coordinate with our cleaning team to prepare the home, we can only confirm availability on arrival or departure day. If the property is available, early check-in is $25 for up to 2 hours and $50 for up to 4 hours. Late check-out is $25 for the first hour and $50 for two hours.
