When we arrived the place looked clean until you start seeing the popcorn on the floor underneath the chairs. Also, I had to clean every dish before I could use them. They never sent the checkout list until we left the place. I received a text with the WiFi user name and password they were both wrong. I had to look at the modem to get WiFi working because I never received a reply from the company. For the price I don’t think I will be back. Oh and I never seen a hot tub on site either or a blow dryer. I give this a thumbs down on communication and cleanliness.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Primary concern was that there were no sheets on the main bed. Unable to reach management on weekend. Comments from Frank Brodrick Family. Johnson City, TN

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Different this year due to COVID. Our unit was excellent except previous renters left a clothes washer full of sand which took my wife and daughter ages to finally get the small side holes unplugged and sand under agitator washed out. We had to run the rinse cycle several times to get washer working properly. Too bad we ran a load of wash without checking so we had to shake all those clothes before we could wash them again. We honestly felt the condo had been hurriedly cleaned as floor in kitchen and bathroom needed to be swept. We have been having our family reunions at Anchor II since 1988. A great place for that.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our view was facing part of the rental property in need of repair, had building wrap material where they haven't done exterior reapirs and not sure how long it has been like that.. Musty in areas. Great location, beach and pool were great. Was 1st floor and people above us were noisy but just think you could hear everything through floors beacuse this is a older property so stay on top level if you need sleep.
