We had the absolute best week of vacation at this beautiful home! This house/location had everything we wanted, a heated pool, wrap around porch, and a short 1-2 min walk to the beach! Our week was spent relaxing in peaceful tranquility! Our host was very accommodating and accessible during our stay! We also enjoyed going out to several restaurants close by that had the friendliest staff and delicious food and drinks! We are already planning on a return trip to this magnificent home and town!

Amazing Stay!

We had the best weekend staying here. It was very easy to get in contact with the owners and they replied almost immediately to accomplish our needs. Just a short drive to Bay St. Louis, this house was in a quiet neighborhood but not far from all the action. We absolutely loved it an will be back!

The property could have been better maintained. There were several issues that needed to be addressed. The rooms could have been cleaner and overall cleanliness was an issue.

Lovely getaway!

We stayed at this beautiful house for 2 nights and truly enjoyed everything about it. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, and the short walk to the beach was refreshing. The house was as described, even better in my opinion, and the fact that everything you needed was provided made our stay way more comfortable. We loved it so much and will definitely return in near future!

Beautiful & spacious. The pool was gorgeous though we didn't have time to use it. The luggage elevator was great too! Highly recommended. Thanks for a great stay.

Very nice and very clean place. House was stocked with everything we needed. Also had plenty of seating around pool, beach chairs, a wagon, and games like cornhole etc. The hosts were so easy to communicate with. Location is great…still really close to Bay St. Louis. I truly can’t think of anything they could have done to make our stay any better. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic quiet family getaway

What a great house and yard! The backyard had everything you need including a pool volleyball net, lounging chairs and lots of pool toys. The house is even better than the pictures with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and great decor. The owners responded to our questions in minutes. The gulf is a short walk away and there are restaurants and stores just a few miles away. We can’t wait to go back

"We had a wonderful stay here! The house had everything we needed—it was clean, cozy, and in a great location. Plenty of room for a group of 6 adults, one year old and 13 year old. Very spacious! Indoors: The interior of the Heron Retreat is incredibly welcoming, bright, and beautifully maintained. The layout felt spacious yet cozy, and it was stocked with absolutely everything we needed to feel right at home from the moment we walked through the door. Very family and kid friendly, even had some books to read to our little one.Outdoors: The outdoor setup is a total paradise! We spent so much time enjoying the private pool, hanging out in the outdoor TV seating area, and playing corn hole and ping pong. Plus, it is just a few minutes' walk to the beach, allowing us to catch both the beautiful morning sunrises and gorgeous sunsets. Our Highlight: We did some fantastic fishing during our stay and caught both trout and redfish. Being able to bring our catch back and cook it up on the grill made for an unforgettable evenings. This beach house truly provided the perfect coastal vacation, and we would absolutely love to return!"Our host Jake was top notch! Very responsive to any questions we had.

We just left the Heron Retreat, and the property is absolutely amazing. The home is beautiful, spacious, exceptionally clean, and even more impressive in person than it appears in the photos. Every room feels thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and well maintained. The pool and outdoor areas are outstanding and were perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the entire house has everything needed for a first-class stay. The location is also excellent, with the beach just a short walk away and easy access to everything in the Pass Christian andf Bay St. Louis area. The communication with the host was also excellent. They made everything easy from start to finish, which made the experience even better. It is clear that the owners have put a great deal of care into creating a special experience for their guests. Heron Retreat truly feels like a luxury beach getaway, and we could not be happier with our stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an exceptional Gulf Coast vacation home.
