32nd Floor OCEANFRONT 1 bedroom/2bathroom (1000 SF) in the Fontainebleau Hotel's Tresor Tower. Full kitchen and living room, 2 balconies, walk in closet, washer/dryer units and 2 full bathrooms. Access to Hotel facilities, and 2 spa passes (grants access to the Fontainebleau Lapis Spa) are included in the rate.

This expansive one-bedroom, two full bath suite offers a furnished balcony with breathtaking views. Splashed with a modern sense of style, the suites feature fabrics, furnishings and finishes with easy, classic, clean-lines and a casual elegance. Premier amenities include 42" LG flat screen televisions in the living area 37" LG flat screen televisions in the bedrooms Sleeper sofa A full size kitchen with GE Profile appliances Dining area Marble bathrooms with granite counters An oversized jetted tub and lavish shower A spacious walk-in closet and full size washer and dryer
Bed setup: The one bedroom apartment sleeps 4 guests comfortably between a king size bed and one full size sofa sleeper. 5th guest may be accommodated with a rollaway bed rented from the hotel for an additional cost of $60 per night per bed plus taxes.
Other things to note Please note that we do not charge a cleaning fee or transient rental fee at the time of booking. However, these costs are displayed on VRBO to inform guest of the total cost of the reservation.

The cleaning fee and transient rental fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel at departure. Upon check-in, guest must confirm with the front desk their cleaning preference.
DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS CHECK OUT CLEANING: $233.70 (no service provided during stay).
Every other day cleaning is also available at the cost of $95/cleaning + tax, plus additional check out cleaning fee of $233.70
Additional linens, towels, etc. can be ordered by calling housekeeping during your stay.
Unfortunately, cleaning fees and transient fee can't be waived. Prices are subject to change.
Guest Access The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit. Wristbands that give access to the pool are given complimentary MAX at 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit). The only hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, rollaway bed costs and wristband charges above those allotted to the suite and valet parking.
We would like to inform all of our Tresor Tower guests that sometimes elevator delays maybe expected either due to high occupancy or maintenance.
Fontainebleau is known as a vibrant resort, where the well known BleauLive entertainment series takes place delivering shows and poolside events (additional cost) in addition to different conventions taking place hosted by the hotel. While Fontainebleau is the primary place to “see and be seen” in Miami, please take these events, the corresponding sound factor and its possible impact on your stay (i.e. volume of guests, reduced availability for restaurant reservations), into consideration when choosing your dates. It is solely the guest's responsibility to check the Hotel events calendar or reach out to the Hotel directly for details prior to booking. The host has no involvement in coordinating and organizing these events and is not to be held responsible for reduced access to amenities in relation to these events.
HOTEL POLICY: A credit card authorization is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $250 per day per unit. This is an authorization only, released at time of check out.

Cancellations made for any reason such as but not limited to sickness, inclement weather, flight delays or flight cancellations will not warrant a refund. Nice for what it is, but not what it was advertised to be
Unit smelled musty, elevators didn’t work for the majority of the 4 days we were there walking up 32 flights of stairs. Unit is beach view, but not ocean front, there is another building directly in front and while it doesn’t prevent you fromSeeing the ocean, you aren’t looking at the beach, but rather that building’s roof.

While we do appreciate honest reviews, we are quite taken aback by the feedback provided. This 32nd floor ocean front unit is classified as oceanfront by the hotel standards. The building "in front" of Tresor Tower is a 19 floor building (the roof is 13 floors below this unit) and we have never had any such complaints, including the oceanfront rental on the 30th floor being rented as an oceanfront for over a decade. The actual listing pictures portray the view from the unit. During busy, holiday weekends elevator wait times may increase as noted on the listing description, and we were very sorry your stay was affected by one of the elevator's unexpected, temporary malfunction. Hotel management is currently replacing an elevator to improve the flow.
