The sleeping arrangements in each side by side attached property are tailored for comfort and convenience. On the main level, you’ll find a queen bedroom paired with a full bathroom, conveniently located on the same floor as the kitchen and living room. Upstairs, the layout includes another queen bedroom and a cozy bunk room featuring a full-over-full bunk—perfect for kids or friends traveling together. These two bedrooms share a spacious full bathroom. Just beyond this area, an alcove with two twin beds leads into the luxurious master bedroom, complete with its own ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy and relaxation.



Outside, the property transforms into a waterfront paradise. The backyard boasts two 50-foot boat slips, a serene gazebo overlooking the canal, and a pool that can be heated for an additional fee, weather permitting (heating available as long as temperatures don’t drop below 40 degrees at night). Bringing a boat? Between the Buoys makes it easy to enjoy your time on the water. There is a $50 per night fee for guests bringing a boat, and proof of insurance must be provided prior to arrival.



The property can also accommodate approved events and gatherings. All events must be approved by Seashell Vacation Rentals in advance, and event fees are based on the total number of attendees:



Up to 25 people: $500

25 to 50 people: $1,000

51 to 100 people: $2,000

Guest Access:

Guests renting the whole property have full access to both sides of the duplex, including all interior living spaces, garages, and outdoor amenities. There are no shared areas with outside guests when the full property is booked together.



Parking on site accommodates multiple vehicles and boat trailers, making arrival and departure easy for groups traveling with watercraft.



Other Things to Note:

This property includes multiple staircases and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. There is no elevator.



Pool heating is available for an additional fee and depends on outdoor temperatures. Use of all outdoor amenities should follow posted safety guidelines.



A full-time groundskeeper lives on site in a separate downstairs apartment. Their role is limited to maintaining the property and outdoor areas; they do not access guest living spaces.



House rules are in place to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and nearby residents.
