Beautiful bungalow located in the Varandas do Mar Condominium, which is right on the beach!
The property has 3 beautiful suites, all air-conditioned and with a balcony; a comfortable living room and a beautiful kitchen with all the necessary items for your stay. In addition, the property has a wonderful furnished and airy balcony.
The bungalow brings a connection with nature and peace.
It is the perfect destination for your stay.
We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate.;
***A deposit of R$700.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.
The suites are as follows:
Suite 1: 1 double bed, balcony, air conditioning, curtain, black out and closet.
Suite 2: 1 double bed, balcony, air conditioning, curtain, black out and closet.
Suite 3: 1 double bed, balcony, air conditioning, curtain, black out and closet.
You will be able to enjoy all the amenities that the condominium provides, we highlight the Swimming Pool area with views of the sea and a wonderful Gourmet space equipped with a covered barbecue, ideal for enjoying a beautiful sunny day! Furthermore, the condominium has private access to the beach!
Located between Guarajuba and Praia do Forte, the accommodation is situated on one of the most beautiful beaches on the north coast of Bahia, known as Itacimirim. On this beach there are tents with infrastructure, where food and drinks are sold.
Itacimirim Beach is part of the itinerary of beaches on the north coast of Bahia, which offers calm, warm waters that meet the Pojuca River, providing a stunning landscape to connect with nature and renew your energy.
