A front door that barely locked, falling hardware, a broken ice maker, a clogged sink, and a thermostat locked at 63 degrees are all maintenance issues that should have been resolved before your arrival. The cleanliness concerns are even more troubling animal feces on the back porch, hair in the guest bed, smeared blood on the door threshold, and bird droppings all over the outdoor furniture are completely unacceptable and fall far below our housekeeping standards. Every single one of these concerns is being addressed directly with the homeowner and our cleaning team immediately. You deserved to walk into a spotless, well-maintained home and we failed to deliver that. We hope you'll give us another chance to show you the Cinnamon Shore experience you deserve.
