"Dette fantastiske 4 soveværelser, 3. 5 badeværelser er beliggende ved Gavinsøen i det eksklusive Cinnamon Shore-samfund i nærheden af stranden og begge udvejstil-bassiner. Første sal har tilpassede genvundne træ accentvægge i stuen og spisestuen sammen med en lys, åben grundplan, der giver dig den vigtigste kystfølelse. Første sal tilbyder også et stort soveværelse med dronning med eget badeværelse. Med sin beroligende toner og pops af farve, giver denne første etage ret til en god gæsteudflugt. Anden sal har en rolig, konings master suite fyldt med cool blues, der tilbyder privat adgang til et opholdsområde på den forreste balkon. Master suite badet tilbyder en dobbelt forfængelighed vask og stort walk-in bruser. Lige rundt om hjørnet er et sjovt køjesværelse med to specialbyggede lade træ køjesenge med en dobbelt køje og en fuld køje. Deling af et badeværelse med køjerummet er det andet dronning soveværelse dekoreret i dejlige, neutrale toner. Alle tre soveværelser ovenpå har direkte adgang til en stor omhyggelig veranda. Gæster vil elske spillelokalet på anden sal, som er et hyggeligt sted for børnene at spille brætspil eller se film på den dobbelte dages seng. Spillelokalet har også en våd bar perfekt til opbevaring af vin eller opsætning af morgenkaffe-service. Alle tre etager i dette hjem har store udendørs dæk med masser af pladser, som alle kan nyde. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a great location and the layout was great. The home had some deficiencies. The front door handle was almost pulled off and would hardly lock, handles on the kitchen drawers and refrigerator were about to fall off, ice maker did not work, upstairs sink was clogged and super slow drain, and the AC was set and had upstairs at 63 degrees and we could not change it. The cleanliness was sub par. Animal feces on back porch, hair in guest bed, smeared blood on door threshold, and bird poop all over outdoor furniture.

Thank you for sharing this honest feedback, and we are truly sorry. A front door that barely locked, falling hardware, a broken ice maker, a clogged sink, and a thermostat locked at 63 degrees are all maintenance issues that should have been resolved before your arrival. The cleanliness concerns are even more troubling animal feces on the back porch, hair in the guest bed, smeared blood on the door threshold, and bird droppings all over the outdoor furniture are completely unacceptable and fall far below our housekeeping standards. Every single one of these concerns is being addressed directly with the homeowner and our cleaning team immediately. You deserved to walk into a spotless, well-maintained home and we failed to deliver that. We hope you'll give us another chance to show you the Cinnamon Shore experience you deserve.

Reviewer Comments: The house had rotten boards, stained couches, no toilet paper, dishwasher was out of order, no toaster, no tissues, feathers came out of the furniture and were everywhere, broken blinds, doors didn’t lock, outside plugs didn’t work, multiple light bulbs out in rooms, bunk lights didn’t work, whole house needed pressure washing. Overall outside of the house we had a good time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It started when we checked in and they told us of the broken blinds prior to us seeing the house. Then once walking into the house through the broken front door knob and broken tiles, shattered dresser, scuffs on walls and floor, ripped comforter, the list goes on... I felt I had to take countless pictures so we wouldnt be charged for all the damaging things. My 2 year old walked through the home once and I changed her diaper only to see her feet were black from the dirt on the floor. Very disappointing

Checked with Cinnamon Shore and they had availability for Big View ll and let us check in first thing next morning! House was great for our family size; attractive, well kept and convenient location. We did have one problem; the stove and oven did not work and they were unable to get it fixed while we were staying there. A toaster oven saved the day!

Big View II was Perfect

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults, 2 kids a 1 yr old and 9 mo old. The kitchen was well stocked. All was great except check in process. Since no one was renting 3 days prior I requested early check in so we could unload with 2 grandsons and husband went to airport for additional family. I was told yes we could get in early once cleared. We arrived at 2:30 they said it would be ready in 30 min, still was not ready until 3:20 then they were going to charge extra $50. (for 40 min) when this was never mentioned to me the 3 or 4 times I spoke with them. so we waited on the porch another 45 min until 4, while my husband went to the airport to pick up additional family. If they had told me when I called week prior absolutely no early check in, and or a early fee, I would have had different expectations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the house and the very stylish and updated decor. The views from the back decks were amazing and the beach access was great. Only minor negatives were extremely weak WiFi (my husband needed to do some work and it was hard) the lack of a Kuerig (we went and bought one in town), and the fact that the master closet is locked, so there is nowhere to put hanging clothes in that room. But, the house was super new and super clean, and aside from the minor inconveniences listed above, everything else was great.,

Big View II not that great

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is no closet for the master bedroom, so the people that pay for the house have to leave out their suitcases, and have clothes everywhere. The bedrooms do not all have TVs and the room that did have a TV did not work and was not fixed even when reported on Sunday, and leaving on Friday. The bedrooms were hot because the AC upstairs blew into the center of the of the house where a useless game room was located and the stairway to the 3rd story balcony. We also had 6 roaches appear which is always gross. No vent fan in the master bath either, so after a shower, it is super humid in the bathroom. Just was a big disappointment given the price and past houses we have rented which were so amazing.
