Stay in a unique loft located on the second floor of a historic building, with modern amenities and charming character. Below the lofts, you'll find commercial businesses, including the Tri-Cities first wine bar. G1 Elite Fitness & Performance is offering guests FREE access to fitness classes and independent gym use during their stay. Classes are held at 5:45 AM, 8:30 AM, and 5:30 PM Monday through Friday (including a fun "Wine and Weights" class on Friday evenings) and 8:00 AM on Saturdays. Please note that some noise may be heard from the gym during class times, but we provide a sound machine and earplugs for light sleepers to ensure your comfort.
