Master soveværelse har privat bad, topmadrasse med topmadrasser med romantisk indretning og masser af skabsplads og en stor kommode og spejl.
Soveværelse 2 har en dronning topmadras, nyrenoveret.
Der er vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i lejligheden.
Moderne stue har 12 fods loft og HD-tv med stor skærm. Masser af belysning med udsigt over en fredelig gårdhave med springvand og palmer. Køkkenet har bordplader i granit med alt hvad du har brug for til dit ophold. Ejendommen har to smukke puljer og kurbade, et 15-personers teater, fitnesscenter med udsigt over poolen. Grundene er smukt anlagte og velplejede. Med modne palmer og vidunderlige blomster.

Great host, perfect location

Keith is a great host. Very responsive! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. You can't ask for a better location, close to Old Town and many great shopping and dining locations. We hope to be back!

Excellent Stay

Keith's condo was perfect for our needs. It is a really nice property along the golf course. I enjoyed taking my morning walk along the path at the course. It was close to the 101, Old Town Scottsdale, and relatives that live in the area. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Excellent Condo!

Newly renovated condo with updated furnishings! One mile walk to Scottsdale Stadium and Old Town Scottsdale. Really enjoyed the beautiful pool and nearby trails!

Everything was great!

Our stay at this property was excellent. It was clean, well equipped with lots of little extras, nicely decorated and comfortable. The two pools and work out room on site were very nice. Easy access to Old Town Scottsdale, local stores and hiking. Great communication from the host. We will be using this property again if it is available next time we head to Phoenix.

Just what we needed

This property accommodated our large group. We were given a pack n play to use for our baby. Manager is kind and professional. House was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet.

Great Host and location

Keith’s property was perfect for us. It is located within walking distance of Old Town Scottsdale, with a walking/biking path network outside our door. The property was clean, well stocked for our arrival. There was a couple of issues with the older appliances but Keith responded quickly and answered our concerns. We look forward to staying at his property next year.

Second Floor Condo Near Golf Course

Very quiet condo neighborhood. Great walking paths all around.. The condo is nestled between two pools and two hot tubs. Enough living room furniture for 4 people to relax and watch tv. Centrally located near grocery stores, car washes and Old Town Scottsdale. There is traffic noise that you hear from the bedrooms. It didn’t bother anyone else but me, so I downloaded a white noise playlist and slept like a baby. We lived our Scottsdale visit!

Great Place to Stay

Condo was just as pictured. Condo is on the second floor and there is no elevator. Owner was great to communicate with. Location was great. Grocery store, restaurants and convenience store within 2 blocks. Parking is in a covered spot. Pools are located within a short walk by the main road. There were beach towels and some inflatables for the pool. Owner left us a cooler to use too. There were paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, fabric softener sheets and other cleaners to use which was nice. One of the nicer condos in this complex. The only downside was that the condo does back up to the a main road and about 6:30 each morning you could hear the traffic. This would not prevent me from renting this condo again though.

Overall a clean and relaxing place with everything needed for a great stay In Scottsdale. Also the location is only 5 minutes from the heart of Scottsdale and access to the north/south freeway.

Pleasant stay in good location

A nice, comfortable second-floor condo in large, yet quiet complex. Two bdrm/two bath worked well for parent/young adult. Too hot to use patio, unfortunately. Took advantage of nearby Scottsdale greenbelts for early evening walks. Enjoyed pool once (other pool closed for maintenance). I recommend this property.

Excellent Stay

This property was perfect for us. Super clean and comfortable. Decorated nicely. Added bonus was a great pool! Very good location. We were with 5-30 minute commutes to all of our activities. Keith was great to deal with! I highly recommend this condo!

Great location

It is a good size for two people and has all you need for a short or long stay. The grounds and surrounding condos are well kept; the pool is awesome and there is a gym? Groceries and pubs are in walking distance and there is a golf course running along the back of the property. Downtown and Old Scottsdale are also fairly close.

Great Location

This property is a fantastic location within a 1 mile walk of old town in a five minute walk to the executive golf course. Also grocery stores in convenience stores nearby. Property was extremely comfortable updated nice ambience

Nice place

Enjoyed our time at the condo. The owner was very helpful and responsive. It's nice that you can walk to Old Town Scottsdale from the condo. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub too!

Wonderful Property

Our stay at this probably was everything we needed well looking for a permit home. We rented the property for 30 days. Location is perfect for work or a nice outing. The owner was great with communication. We are new to Arizona and this was a great place to Welcome us to our new home .

My wife and I are from the Chicago area. We absolutely love Scottsdale. We purchased this unit in June 2012. We furnished it with comfort in mind, so it can be an enjoyable experience for all of our guests and for us. We updated it in 2018- carpet, floors, lighting, fixtures, paint....very homey.

This condo is in a wonderful area with so many activities available within walking distance. Situated just one mile from Old town Scottsdale and two miles from the world class Fashion Square Mall. Less than 2 hours from Sedona and Jerome, AZ. A four hour drive to the Grand Canyon.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

It is in a wonderful complex with easy access from the Sky Harbor airport and all freeways.
The work out facility is completely equipped with weight machines, free weights, treadmills, eliptical machines and a yoga room. The 2 pools are very large and have comfortable padded lounge chairs..
