Discover the beauty of the Exclusive Private Wild Dunes Resort from this Tidewater 2-bedroom condo. This serene property is just steps away from the beach and offers oceans views. Tidewater is one of the only properties to offer a large screened in porch where you can have dinner or play board games while hearing and seeing the ocean waves.

Enjoy a king bed with a view of the Atlantic Ocean right outside your window and a spacious Primary bath with full shower and tub.

The second bedroom has two brand new double beds new flat screen tv and a full bathroom.

Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen making a meal for the whole family, while you look out the window and have a view of the ocean.

Whether you're relaxing in the living room or exploring the area, this condo is the perfect retreat for guests looking for a peaceful getaway. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

We have stayed in various condos on IOP, but this one is by far my favorite. From the very accommodating and responsive host, to the well stocked kitchen, to the abundant supply of beach chairs, we couldn’t have asked for more. Even better, I woke up each morning to a stunning view of the sunrise. A very short walk to the beach and vacation is complete. My family had a wonderful time - thank you!

A really great property with easy access to the beach and pool just steps from the screened in porch. Super well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen, beach chairs and pool floats.

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful weekend at Tidewater H102. The place was very clean, well equipped, and the beds were super comfortable. Loved that beach chairs and towels were provided. Would definitely stay again.

Our family had an amazing stay at this Wild Dunes home! The location couldn’t have been better—right on the beach with easy access and beautiful views. The house had everything we could’ve asked for, including a great pool and plenty of space to relax. One of our favorite spots was the screened porch—it was perfect for morning coffee and evening hangouts. We absolutely loved our time here and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful condo literally steps from the poolAnd ocean. Well maintained. Everything you need for a great vacation. Being a first floor unit is key as you just walk out of the porch door and you are ready for relax.

Beach weekend

We enjoyed our time at this condo. It was very clean and well taken of. The communication with the owner was great. It was a perfect place for a weekend getaway for our family of four.

Small Piece of Heaven

This condo is great for a small family stay. Owner was available for any needs we had our entire stay. The condo came with all kitchen needs and even came with beach umbrellas and chairs (we had already brought ours but it’s good to know it is stocked with them). It is a short walk to the pool right outside and the beach is just beyond that.The cell service is not good but the WiFi connection makes up for that. It is a little off the beaten path at the end of a long road but we liked that it was more private and not filled with the public access crowd. We would stay here again as it was super accommodating and for our needs, also very clean.

Excellent Location

Location cannot be beat, just steps to the beach. Pictures in listing do not accurately match condo, but provided just what we needed. The condo needed a good deep clean.

Location was my favorite part!

We booked this property months in advance for a family vacation. We came from the landlocked midwest and wanted lots of ocean/beach time. The pool was great- larger size, clean, lots of loungers and space in the shade under a canopy. It was so close to the waves and water and we went on lots of beach walks at sunrise. There were two outdoor showers for rinsing sand off. Loved that beach chairs, a cooler and knee boards were there for the guests to use. Nice kitchen and dining space- the 4 of us never felt cramped for space anywhere in the condo. Host was very responsive and helpful. My only drawbacks which were minor to our overall stay: the check in gate never issued us a "pass" for our stay, so we only left once and had a little trouble trying to get back in to the community to the condo again. This was not the fault of the host and she said she'd talk to them about this for future guests. The rug in the master bedroom needed washed (looked like someone had dripped something in a trail) and there were grimy smudges on high-use areas like the doors by the door knob. Overall though the condo was very clean. I'm picky. There was absolutely no grit/sand on the floors, no hair or dust. Also, there were no batteries in the living room tv remote. We just borrowed batteries from the bedroom remote for this. Given the location and amenities, I would definitely book this property again!

Great location needs improvements

The condo was located in a gated community which was very nice; however, the property manager nor vrbo communicated what we needed to do to get through. We also did not have any information on which unit number we would be staying in until I had to reach out to the manager. The manager did not respond very quickly and did not answer all my questions. Note not infant friendly with accommodations. The vrbo information was not very clear on the door and pool gate code or trash instructions. The listing does not state that the pool is not heated so be prepared for chilling water. The manager said there was only a Keurig but we found a coffee pot and a press, but no coffee to accommodate at least one cup upon arrival. There was a tiny 3 oz bottle of dish soap and two dishwasher and laundry pods. The place says it sleeps 8 but be prepared for only 4 beach towels, limited shower towels that would have to be reused or washed, and no linens for the couch pullout. We were searching high and low for linens and found a fitted sheet in a ball in the back of a closet that looked dirty. Was questioning at that point how clean the linens were. The kitchen also lacked cutting board, seafood tool, and any recycling option. The master bedroom bathroom sink was backing up and note that you may hear the people the floor above you as we could hear their phone vibrating and going off in the middle of the night. Great access to the beach and pool. Screen porch has beach items stored inside.
