This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront condo accommodates up to 10 guests—perfect for families, couples, or groups seeking room to relax. Stunning Gulf views stretch across the wraparound balcony, creating the ideal backdrop for sunset dinners, morning coffee, and unforgettable gatherings.

Inside the Condo:

Guest Bedroom 1: Two Double beds, flat-screen TV, private access to the hall bath with shower

Kitchen: Fully equipped with all cooking essentials, plus a stackable washer and dryer

Living Area: Queen sofa bed, Smart TV, open layout flowing into the dining space

Guest Bedroom 2: King bed, Smart TV, private bath with shower/tub combo (Gulf-front)

I will definitely stay there again. Room was very nice and clean with great views. Lower Grand Lagoon is now my spot to go. Nice friendly atmosphere, could leave my stuff on beach will gong to room with no worries. St Andrew’s Park right next door was a definite plus.

Nice location enjoyed the property kids enjoyed the activities. Floor was a little dirty was the only complaint but we found a swiffer sweeper and cleaned it.

Family vacation

The stay was good there was some things that definitely needed a little bit more attention and the cleanliness of the resort could have been a little bit better. The room had sand under all beds but it was good for the most part

Great Family Vacay at the Commodore!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Commodore is in a great location! It is away from most of the hustle and bustle, yet walking distance to Schooners and Patches is right next door! The complex is family friendly and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. Our unit had plenty of room for 3 couples and was very clean other than the carpet in the first bedroom with the 2 double beds. Those beds could use new mattresses/pillows and curtains as the blinds don't do a good job keeping the lights from the hallway coming into the room at night. We have stayed in several units at the Commodore, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units - but this was the first time being on the end. LOVE the wrap around balcony! That is definitely a "must" from here on out! Each unit is decorated differently, so choose the one that suits your style - but the layout of all the units are GREAT!

Very quiet area

The condo was more dated than the other places but everyone was nice.

The condos are clean and the complex is well maintained. It’s the east end of the beach so it’s quieter and getting in and out of traffic is so much easier than Front Beach Road! Good restaurants are close!
