Welcome to Commodore 1209, a Gulf-front retreat on the quiet East End of Panama City Beach. This ideal location is within walking distance of favorite local restaurants and just minutes from marinas, golf courses, St. Andrews State Park, and Schooners beachfront dining.

The resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico and offers a seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard, cornhole, a grilling pavilion, picnic tables, and a fire pit for cozy evenings. With direct beach access, guests are steps from chair and umbrella rentals, jet skis, volleyball, and endless shoreline fun.

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo accommodates up to 4 guests. The fully equipped kitchen is located off the entryway, with a hall bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo across from it. The unit includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. The open living and dining area offers a Smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa. The bedroom features a King bed, Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy refreshing Gulf breezes and stunning sunset views.

Reviewer Comments: the staff was super helpful the office lady was super nice the only thing i had trouble with was one of the cleaning staff while waiting for the elevator i walked in first to hold the door open so she could get her wagon in and under her breath my fiancé heard her say “that *****” when i was just trying to help

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I came down for a getaway without kids for the first time in 16 years and this condo was great. The photos are accurate of the layout of the condo. The view was perfect from the balcony. The bed was pretty comfy. We had a few small things I had to email about but they were answered quickly. The only real complaint I have is there are only 2 elevators and they are slow so we always had to wait a little bit. We enjoy this area because it is quieter and less crowded.

Just what we needed

The property was just enough for our family of three. We kept having issues with the living room TV, but made other plans when it wasn’t working. Overall, it is a nice place.

Good location

Property was in average condition with a few items needing attention. The guest shower door was off the rails and would not open. I put that back on in 5 minutes. There were some obvious missing items on the walls with nails or holes from where they had been. Towels under guest vanity were thrown in, not stacked. Otherwise, everything was fine. Nice and quiet with doors closed. Easy walking to Patches for dinner.

Very nice place and convenient location. Plenty room for two people. The second bathroom is a plus. The kitchen everything needed for a great stay. My only concern was the cleanliness of decorative pillows on the bed.
