Welcome to Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet Club #602B!! This great 2 Bedroom home is ready to host your energetic family (up to 6) with everything you need! So many new upgrades as of November 2025 that include: New Living Room Furniture, New Countertops in the kitchen and baths, new paint throughout and more! You will fall in love with the Primary Bedroom boasting a King Size Bed, Smart TV, balcony access with a gorgeous view of Lil' Lagoon, and a Private Bath with a brand new Walk In Shower! The Guest Bedroom contains a plush Queen Size Bed. The cozy Living Area provides extra sleeping arrangements with New Furniture including a Queen Sleeper Sofa, a large Smart TV, and balcony access for gazing over the Little Lagoon and watching the others play tennis, pickle ball, swim in the fantastic pool & hot tub, catching fish off the pier, or launching their watercraft. The fully stocked kitchen provides all you need to whip up a great meal, or order in and enjoy the vacay from everything!! Need more sleeping arrangements? We have 2 more homes in this complex. Place the in-laws with the kids in 316A with a 1 bedroom and hall bunks. Then put the rest of the family in 502C that boasts another 2 bedroom / 2 bath. We can accommodate you all!!

Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet Club offers the best of both worlds with a deeded, private access to a beautiful beach on one side and the Little Lagoon with a pier, rentable boat slip, and a boat launch on the other. Trailer Parking is permitted! Surf and sun on the Beach Side, then fishing and boating on the Lagoon Side (also Kayak accessible). More great amenities include a beautiful Swimming Pool with a Relaxing Hot Tub, 2 lighted and newly resurfaced Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard, 2 Grilling Areas with 3 Charcoal Grills each, a Fish Cleaning Station, and Spectacular Views from every angle!

This complex is very popular, so book your dates quickly if they are available!

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

Nice location. Children really enjoyed the pool. Oyster house restaurant was delicious. Husband loved the fishing daily..response from owner was quick.

Host was very easy to work with/communicate with!! It’s an awesome place with great view of lagoon & easy walk to the beach! Pool is kind of small, but still enjoyed our stay here. :)

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was extremely dirty. Bedding was dirty and dust and hair everywhere. Leaky broken dishwasher. VERY TINY and not updated at all. No room to move in bedrooms at all. Dirty floors. Gross.

Overall the condo was a good place to stay. We really enjoyed the balcony and looking over the pool and the lagoon. There was easy access to the beach which was great for when the storms rolled in! The condo is a little tight and there is not much space to store clothes in the master bedroom. The couch really needs replacing, we had to put a sheet over it before we sat on it. Most condos I have stayed in have more than enough information about the condo itself and the area and this condo lacks in that. The company that runs the condo is responsive.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! The living room furniture has been replaced as of August 1, 2025. Also, kitchen is being remodeled (Late October 2025) to provide more light and space. Please come again and check it out!

Condo wasn't clean and had pet hair all over the living room and furniture. Lock didn't work so locked out but management company got a lock smith in quickly. Views from balcony were great and was our favorite place to hangout. Online pictures show recliners and there were none, that was one of the reasons we booked this unit. Furniture in living room was very uncomfortable besides the pet hair.

I am trying to understand “pet hair“ as this was brand new furniture that was put inside the home right before your stay. I didn’t believe maybe it was just lint? Anyway, we have thoroughly cleaned it since your departure to ensure there was not a pet. Also, yes, the pictures did not update quickly enough of the new furniture. I do apologize about not having the recliners anymore. They were very outdated and falling apart.

This property does not match the pics in the listing. It’s a very dated property and the furniture in the living room really needs to be replaced. The property manager did send someone to wipe down the chairs and put a blanket over the sofa but I was extremely disappointed and uncomfortable in this condo. Complete waste of money and deceptive marketing. I would not recommend and I wouldn’t stay here again if it was half the price.

This guest was not one that could be pleased. The owners have purchased new furniture since his stay as planned. The owners have also done a lot of upgrades since purchasing this home in the Spring of 2025 and is not done yet! With such a busy season, getting in the to complete upgrades is impossible. This guest saw the pictures of the current home, and booked it as is. The 30 other guests that stayed around him had 0 complaints and left 4/5 Star reviews.

The good: The living room furniture was comfortable and plenty of seating for four adults.The dishes, kitchenware, and silverware were plentiful, albeit mismatched.The proximity to the beach was great! The sunrise view from the balcony was stunning, and the sunset from the front door was beautiful.All appliances worked as they should, (although the ice maker could not keep up with us and we had to purchase ice.) The water pressure in the showers was great and we never ran out of hot water. The bad: The sliding glass doors and the front door were hard to open and very loud. Perhaps they need some WD-40. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything in the next room, as well as the neighbors.While the primary bedroom and en suite bathroom look to have been remodeled recently, the main bathroom and secondary bedroom have not. The vent in the bedroom was blowing out a lot of dirt and the vent itself has mold on it. (The family member that slept in that room woke up very sick on day three. I am quite sure it had something to do with vent in her room.) The main bathroom vent in the ceiling also has a large amount of black mold around it. The living room sofa has an exposed wire sticking out that snagged my clothing. It is very sharp and rusty. I would commend fixing it as soon as possible to avoid injury to a guest.

We had a great stay! The condo was the perfect size for three women and had everything we needed during our trip. It was very clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The walk to the beach was short and easy, with direct beach access right in front of the condo, which was a huge plus.The condo unit was nicely maintained and exceptionally clean. The host was very fast on communication. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was great. Only issue we ran into was the door. The brush guard at the bottom broke off. But the main problem was the actual door handle. Closing it and locking it. It was a big ole pain opening and closing the door. Other than that. It was great.
