The apartment is located one block from the beach in a condominium with all the infrastructure, one of the best in Jurerê Internacional.
Guests will have access to a differentiated, modern, organized, very well-equipped, excellently located and secure place.
The 110m² property has a suite with a QUEEN BED, a bedroom with a SINGLE BED and a living room equipped with a DOUBLE BED and a 55” Smart TV. All rooms are equipped with SPLIT AC (HOT AND COLD).

1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.
