The main floor has the living room, kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom.
It also has a a summer room with a big recliner and a desk and chair. Upstairs has the primary bedroom.

The primary bedroom upstairs has a king size bed and a crib.

Bedroom #2 has two twin beds.
Bedroom #3 has a twin over full bunk bed.

The whole house can be used by the guest

Very quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors by following the quiet hours/no party guidelines.

You can get around by car, bike, or foot. Sidewalks are available throughout the whole neighborhood for any leisurely strolls. Parking is available on a private driveway and public street.

For your convenience, we’ve provided basic cookware, dinnerware and utensils, bath towels, toilet paper, linens, garbage bags, and washer/dryer.

Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher (no need to start it) or simply wash them.




This is a smoke/drug-free house. A $275.00 fine will apply for smoking or use of any drugs inside the house.
