Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms allow your group of up to ten guests to settle in with space and privacy. The primary bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bathroom, closet, and TV. A second bedroom also offers a king bed. The third bedroom includes one full bed and one twin bed, while the fourth provides a full bed and a queen bed. Extra linens, pillows, and blankets are on hand for your comfort, and room-darkening shades help ensure a restful night.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is the heart of this home. Swim in the heated pool, available year-round, or enjoy a quiet soak in the hot tub. The fenced yard offers privacy, while sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a dining table provide plenty of spots to relax. A BBQ grill with utensils and propane is ready for cookouts, making it easy to enjoy evenings outdoors.

Indoor spaces
The living area offers comfortable seating and a TV for movie nights, while another TV in the primary bedroom provides a private option for winding down. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected, whether for remote work or streaming. Board games are available for group fun indoors.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home. You’ll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, along with cookware, baking sheets, and dining essentials. Share meals at the dining table or step outside to enjoy dinner under the covered patio.

Family-friendly touches
Traveling with children is simple here. A pack ’n play/travel crib, folding high chair with tray, and children’s dinnerware are included. The single-level layout without stairs adds to ease of movement for families of all ages.

A washer and in-unit dryer are available, along with an iron and hangers to keep clothes fresh. Essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are stocked for your stay. Parking is provided in the driveway with additional free street parking available.

Safety & security
The property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, noise decibel monitors, and an exterior security camera at the front door. There are no cameras inside or near the pool area.

• Pool Heating: Available from October 15th to May 15th for an additional $75 per day. Please let us know at least 48 hours before check-in if you’d like the pool heated and ready for your arrival.

• Early Check-In: Want to start your vacation early? We offer early check-in for a flat fee of $145, based on availability. Please reach out if you’re interested and we’ll confirm if early access is possible for your stay.
