The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, and if you want to toss in a load of laundry, there’s a washer and dryer to make your stay extra convenient.
Step outside and let the vacation fun begin! Whether you’re grilling up your catch of the day or enjoying a meal under the covered dining area, the patio is perfect for outdoor living. There’s even a fish cleaning station, so you can proudly show off your catch (and maybe even make some dolphin friends while you’re at it).
Just a 5-minute drive (traffic permitting!) from the stunning white sands of South Padre Island, this spot is the best of both worlds – waterfront relaxation and easy access to the island's beaches, restaurants, and entertainment. Whether you’re here to fish, sunbathe, or just kick back with a cold drink, this is your coastal paradise waiting to be discovered.

Your stay includes access to a myriad of activities within the resort. Golf enthusiasts will delight in the 18-hole Long Island Village golf course. The Resort Activity Center offers a plethora of leisure options including a heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool, mini golf, 3 Jacuzzi hot tubs, tennis courts, pickleball courts, billiards, Ping-Pong, shuffleboard, and a fitness room. • The welcome center is available after hours, if guests wish to visit.
• Please ask about pets.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 small vehicles or one large vehicle.
• You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

HOUSE RULES
•This is a non-smoking property-no smoking inside or outside of the home.
•Do not flush any paper products down the toilet other than toilet paper.
•CAUTION: To avoid pipe clogs, only use garbage disposal VERY SPARINGLY.
•Please make sure vehicles are fully parked on the concrete parking pad to the front. No parking is permitted on grass, street or other areas.
•Trash dumpsters are located to the left of the community center. Birds open and scatter unattended trash placed outside the house.
•Remember to return the key to the lock box when departing.
