Location good, loved the community pool and game room.. carpet very dirty and had a lot of stain spots.. i did mention it to them and they said they were going to get it cleaned.. carpet not good idea imo for rental that is dog friendly.. we asked for 5 extra pillows coz someone can’t lay flat and it was very nice of them to give us more pillows..

This house worked great for our group of 17. They made some changes with the parking pass and the security line was quite long so we didn’t love that after a long day of travel. AC unit hummed at night and pool pump buzzed in the mornings. Overall really happy with our stay.

Property was a bit dusty, linens did not smell the freshest, pool was dirty when we arrived, ant hill near the grill /pool area and had to rewash dishes that were in the cabinets as they did not appear clean. There was an issue where one of the drivers in my party did not appear on the guest list(I provided the name beforehand) and they made them leave the property while i called to fix the situation. The layout of the property is nice but a bit dated/dirty for the price and hassle

Thank you for taking the time to share such candid feedback. We sincerely apologize that this stay fell short across multiple areas — the cleanliness of the linens, dishes, and pool, along with the ant hill near the grill, are absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to, and your notes have been shared with our team to address. We're also sorry for the confusion around the guest list and the inconvenience that caused for your party; that's certainly not the welcome we want any guest to experience. While we appreciate the kind words about the home's layout, we know this stay didn't reflect the quality you expected for the price, and we truly regret that. We'd welcome the opportunity to make it right with a smoother experience in the future.
