Located just five minutes from the beach and tucked away west of Highway 17, this inviting retreat is perfect for golfers, families, and relaxed coastal getaways.
The spacious layout offers plenty of room for up to eight guests. The master bedroom features a King bed, the second bedroom includes a Queen, the third offers another King, and the fourth bedroom is furnished with two Double beds—ideal for kids or additional guests. Each bedroom is comfortably appointed to ensure a restful stay.

Jack + Jill bathroom

The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your visit, including a microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, and more. A screened-in porch offers a quiet space to unwind with a morning coffee or evening cocktail. Wi-Fi and cable TV are available in the living area and bedrooms, and the unit includes a washer and dryer for added convenience.
Guests are just steps away from the community pool, and also have access to the amenities of Litchfield By the Sea, excluding the Splash Park, including private beach access, walking paths, and scenic gathering areas.
