We enjoyed our stay and communication with Jack. The property is located in a great location, very close to the beach. Kids enjoyed the pool, the house is clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a very good and relaxing family stay.

The house was perfect for our family, our 21 month old son had a great time going on walks to the beach and playing on the pool. It was so nice staying at such a kid friendly house with everything we needed for him. The host was great and extremely helpful.

Fantastic vacation spot

Highly recommended! Super close to beach, great outdoor pool space, and well stocked with everything we needed for beach and cooking. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic family vacation

A wonderful house for a family vacation. We had a 4 year old and 1.5 year old and the house was perfectly suited for us betweem the pool and a quick 1 minute walk to the beach with a garage stocked to make it easy and enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

Great rental!

The house was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. The owners were easy to deal with. The property was just as nice as the photos. We'd happily rent this house again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Property. We stayed a month and loved everything about it. Big space. Great pool. Steps to the beach (across the street). Nice restaurants and grocery shopping nearby (Costco, wholefoods, Trader Joe’s Publix). Baby safe with lots of amenities. The owner Jack was super communicative and helpful. He gave us many local recommendations as well. We would definitely rent this place again.

Great property for family reunions

This home had everything a family needs to reconnect and relax . Our hosts were very communicative and caring. Homeowner provided toddler gate around the pool as we had younger children with us. We all relaxed and had fun!

Jack is a very nice and easily accessible host. Excellent communication regarding the property, both prior to and during our stay. Check in was a breeze. The walkable location of this property to the beach and some restaurants is stellar! We utilized the bikes and pool daily. Water pressure in the showers was excellent. Ample bath and beach/pool towels. Majority of beds were comfortable. The full and a twin bed were reported uncomfortable. The outdoor pictures need to be updated. The home needs a deep cleaning vs surface cleaning. The outdoor backyard area also needs attention. This home has incredible potential.

Great house and location, but the homeowners were amazing!

The house was wonderful, however, the homeowners made the stay extraordinary by providing many unexpected amenities such as bicycles, beach umbrellas, wagons, beach and pool toys, baby equipment and a gate around the pool. Jack and Laurie were great to work with from our initial contact to when Jack gave us the tour upon our arrival.

Amazing!

Our family of 8 ranging in ages of 8 - 55 had a wonderful time. Our original vacation was intended on the Gulf coast and due to Hurricane Helene, we had to quickly adjust our vacation last minute. Laurie/Jack are truly the best.

Great experience

Our family enjoyed a wonderful time together with plenty of extra perks to make this stay special. The owner was very communicative throughout the process and helpful during the stay when we had questions. We could walk to many amenities but most importantly the beach was just across the street. A 3 min walk! What a special time for our family!

A great home for a family vacation!

The house is clean and spacious enough to accommodate our whole family of 12 comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with essential appliances, dishes and silverware. We loved the patio and pool and spent many happy hours swimming and relaxing outside! Its location is perfect - just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Jack and Laurie were gracious hosts and were quick to respond to any queries. We loved this place and will definitely consider staying there again!

Family vacation

This home was perfect for our family of nine. Grandparents, children, and grandchildren all had a wonderful two weeks at this beautiful home. The host responded to our emails, text messages and phone calls immediately and was very responsive to any needs we had at their home. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning next year.
