Our prime location puts you within walking distance of some of Montreal's most famous attractions and provides easy access to public transit. The apartment boasts large windows that offer a glimpse of the vibrant city life while maintaining a tranquil atmosphere for a restful sleep. Explore the vibrant nightlife, savor the diverse culinary delights, and indulge in the city's rich cultural heritage—all just steps away from our doorstep. Immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of the city's charm, and then retreat to the tranquility of your suite.

This unit is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine (Original type). Enjoy a complimentary starter pack of coffee pods to kickstart your mornings. If you need more, please feel free to bring your favorite pods or purchase them locally.

Our loft features two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed—comfortably sleeping up to four guests.

Government-Issued ID Requirement
As this is a self-check-in property, we will not be able to verify your ID in person upon arrival. To complete your booking, we require a valid government-issued ID (Driver’s License or Passport) to be submitted as a scanned copy prior to your check-in day. This is a mandatory step to ensure the safety and security of all our guests.
Why do we need this? It’s a standard verification process to protect both you and our other guests. Your ID will be handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you have concerns or questions, feel free to ask.

Respect for the Property and Neighbors
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Please remove your shoes upon entering the suite to preserve the floors.
No parties or gatherings are allowed; only registered guests may enter the property.

Additional Guests
If there is a possibility of adding extra guests to your reservation, we will review your request upon contact. If accepted, additional charges will apply. Please reach out to inquire about availability.

Corporate Gatherings
Corporate gatherings can be hosted in our property, but prior approval from us is required before booking. Please contact us for details and availability.

No Smoking or Drug Use
Smoking and drug use are prohibited in the suite and within 9 meters of any doors or windows, in line with City of Montreal regulations.

No Pets Allowed

Care for Provided Amenities
Please leave all items (such as towels, linens, and other amenities) in the suite at the end of your stay.
