This condo was perfect for my family of 3 and two animals. Great location: Was able to walk my dog and kid right out the patio door for a tour of the turtle pond – some great fish in there too (look for King Ralph, he's a legend). Beach is just a moment away, and the complex-provided loungers are aces.Great space: Super clean, organized, and with everything we needed – and zero unnecessary clutter. Bed is big and comfy, perfect for staying up late watching murder mysteries. And it's super quiet, we heard no noise from the neighbors or the parking lot. The patio is perfect for sipping coffee in the morning (or in the evening).Great host: Answered all my questions-via-vrbo promptly and completely. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. No surprises. No complaints at all really! It's always nerve-wracking to take a chance on someplace new, but this spot delivered exactly as promised.

The condo was clean, nice, fully stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The ground unit is nice to just walk out onto the patio. It was wonderful to bring our dog with us! Plenty of area to walk her. We took her to the dog beach down by pier park every morning. It is a quick drive. The walk to the beach here was just a few steps. The use of the beach chairs was nice. We just grabbed a drink and a book and went to the beach. The property is very well maintained.Walmart is very close to the condo which is convenient. Restaurants and stores all close.Trent was so helpful through every question I had! Very quick to respond. We have been to PCB several times over the years. This was definitely the nicest place we have stayed.

We have stayed at this complex a couple of times, it’s a great location and always on point with facilities and amenities. Staying in Trent’s rental was great, very clean condo, he has been the best communicator with any questions or issues. There was an issue arise from the last renters in regards to the couch cushions but Trent made sure we were aware of it before hand and was quick to answer my calls with any questions.

Communication was clear and consistent. Everything was as they said it would be. They have literally stocked the kitchen with all the essentials. Every extra in general, games, cards, beach towels too. Beach service, pool, proximity to restaurants, all top notch. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay! The unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked - some of the things were nicer than what I have at home! Trent was very pleasant and checked on us each day. Everything was just as described in the listing. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Super clean, perfectly laid out, excellent location! It is fully stocked, anything you could need in the kitchen etc is there. Communication is top notch, Trent is a phone call away & very helpful. The entire complex is great, not too big so its not overcrowded. The ponds in the center are beautiful & full of turtle & fish to feed. Pool is great & your steps from the beach. We will 100% be back to stay in this condo! 10/10

Parking

Everything was good except the resort charged for my car to park. I don’t think that is right, at least it should be made understood before you pay the Vrbo.

Lloyd, we are happy that you enjoyed yourself at our beach condo. The parking fee the complex charges is included in the description, but we will see what we can do to better highlight it.

Worst condo experience we have ever had.

My husband decided last minute that he wanted to go to the beach for his birthday. Our options were limited at that point for a pet friendly condo on the beach. We were a little hesitant to chose this unit and should have went with our gut. We arrived late and pretty much went straight to bed once we arrived. Our first impression was not great but we decided we could make it work for a couple days. It wasn't until the next morning when we really started looking around the condo that we regretted our decision. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and the kitchen was not much better. There were several maintenance issues such as a random piece of mismatched countertop in the corner obviously covering up something as well as loose outlet covers. I did reach out to the owner and he offer to refund our cleaning deposit which we never received. I do not recommend this place at all.
Randon mismatched piece of countertop.
Loose electrical outlet
Food stuck on cabinet
Absolutely disgusting!

I was sorry to see this response. You mention arriving late and going to bed, but the camera and door logs show you arrived at 5:04 pm and went in and out until 10 pm. You did not mention anything about cleanliness issues during your stay, as I would have happily sent our cleaners to the property to address any of your issues. Only after you left did you mention anything about cleaning issues, and sent me pictures to include dust on the top of the refrigerator, a grease mark in the bottom of the oven, some coffee grounds by the coffee cups and the dark grey water mark in the bathroom ceiling tile. The random countertop is marble slab next to the stove where you can put any hot pan/dish without worry of damaging the counter, it is not "obviously covering up something". We have since changed cleaners from the ones used at the time of your stay, and I did offer to reimburse your cleaning fees as I never want anyone to feel unheard and taken advantage of, but you never responded to me.
