This home was perfect for our mission team. The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were definitely a plus! It is conveniently located to many shops, stores and restaurants. Bedrooms were all large and comfortable. Check in and out were easy and the host was very attentive and quick to respond to any texts. Home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood well maintained neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a spacious, well-maintained home in a good neighborhood. Very convenient to Wake Forest University and very suitable for a family gathering. While it has tremendous potential, there were some deficiencies and inconveniences which could be readily addressed. For example: No colander (we purchased); No large pot (we purchased); No baking pan for the oven; No bowls to mix or serve; No potholders; Minimal serving utensils; No cooking knives; No cutting boards; No hangers in closets; No trash bags (we purchased); No paper towels (we purchased); No hairdryer; No shampoo; No hand soap in downstairs bathroom (we purchased); No grill (as advertised); No dispenser for dish soap at kitchen sink (we purchased); Moldy shower curtain (we replaced); Upon arrival a full load of sheets/towels in washer and dryer (we folded and rewashed the wet ones, dried and folded); Worn sleeping pillows; No mirrors in 4 of the bedrooms; We had to replace batteries to front door lock. As stated, these inconveniences could be easily addressed for future travelers and lead to a much more enjoyable stay.

Thanks for the review but most of the items you mentioned here were stored in a closet in the master bedroom as well as the coat room right next to the living room. Not sure you had a chance to check all those. I bought a gril and left it there upon ur request

The home is in an excellent area! Close to many restaurants, shops, the interstate, yet in a nice housing area. Very family friendly. I would say for the next person the host not only needs to give the code to check-in but how to lock the door when you leave. I had to go through the company for them to reach them because they did not respond to messages. There were plenty of towels but No washcloths. We paid the cleaning fees but we still had to strip the beds take out all trash and turn on the dishwasher. Other than that, the stay was great!

The rental was fantastic. The home was located in a beautiful neighborhood, and was nicely furnished. The kitchen and dining area was nice but needed some upgrades I.e. there were no cutlery, there was not 1 knife anywhere in the house, also there were no serving bowls are any other type of bowls. The flat ware was so small it all seemed like it was made for infants. If these problems were corrected I would give this booking a 5 star rating.

This air conditioned, 5 bedroom, spacious house, that is in a quiet neighborhood, has a lot of potential. Unfortunately the house was not clean when we arrived. The bathroom toilets were dirty along with the kitchen stove and refrigerator. The host said that the cleaning person had an emergency when he asked us to finish the laundry. There were bed sheets, blankets, towels and wash cloths that we washed, folded, and left on the couch in the upstairs hallway. I sent the host pictures of the filth. The cleaning lady returned the following day and cleaned what she could. One of the drawers in the refrigerator had something in it that we could not remove. There were no large bowls for food preparation and the eating utensils looked like those that children play with. Even though it sleeps 8, the kitchen table only seats 4 and there are no stools at the counter. The downstairs bathroom needed some cosmetic work and the shower door was a challenge to slide.Only the master bedroom had a dresser and mirror. We had some trouble with the electronic door lock but the host did send someone to help us. However, we kept getting a warning that the battery was low. As I stated earlier, this house has a lot of potential. I would not recommend it for seniors who might need grab bars in the bathrooms. The house provides the basics.

Winston Salem area

When we arrived the property was missing numerous amenities that were listed in the property listing - toilet paper, top/flat sheets on all the beds, hair dryers to name few. Also no welcome guide with w1f1, tv and other area information. It took multiple times asking for some of these items accompanied by lots of excuses!
