We sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you experienced during your stay. The air conditioning, bed, and hot tub were certainly not representative of the experience we strive to provide. We addressed the hot tub with a deep cleaning, repaired the damaged bed during your stay, and have since completed additional maintenance to ensure everything is in proper working order for future guests. We also apologize that the fans we promised were not delivered. Due to the Fourth of July holiday, we were unable to get them to the property as planned. We always do our best to have everything ready for our guests, but with the reservation dates being changed just a week before arrival, the shortened turnaround made it more challenging to identify and address every maintenance item before check-in. While that provides some context, we understand it doesn't lessen the inconvenience you experienced, and we sincerely apologize. We appreciate you recognizing that the home is spacious and beautiful. Your feedback is valuable and helps us continue to improve. Thanks for you review but Sauna was never listed as an amenity. Renters have full access to the community pool and sauna. We do apologize that the cleaners we late to the hot tub but same day turns can be a challenge at times. This was addressed within 24hrs. Other items were brought to the attention of the cleaners.
