The Space
The open floor plan gives guests plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen is stocked for morning coffee, snacks, or full meals, and the living area is a comfortable spot for movie nights or downtime with your group.
Step out onto the balcony to enjoy oceanfront views and the Gulf breeze.

Perfect Vacation

This was the perfect vacation. The accommodations were perfect. The view was amazing. The home was furnished beautifully. The staff was very helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay. We will be looking forward forward to coming back again.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo and rental company very good communication. The location and decor were beautiful. We had a small issue with top sheets missing on beds but we got fixed. There were issues with both toilets leaking bad which they got one fixes after 2 plumber visits the master soaked a towel every 7-8 hours it was a problem still when we left. We loved the condo and would rent again, we would encourage management to do a few things differently. If you are paying $5000 for a condo for 8 people and it has 2 rolls of toulet tissue in the whole condo and a tiny bottle of hand soap period even hotlels offer more than that, and the no top sheet on any bed when comforters aren't washed each time is just gross I was explained that they normally use two top sheets but this wasn't true for us a fitted sheet only on all 3 beds. Again love condo and rental company was responsive but keeping one toilet water off and the madter soaking floor everytime upstairs neighbor flushed made for a irritating vacation.

Truly, if I could rate our exceptional condo stay higher than five stars, I would totally do that! This condo was not only roomy, clean, and beautifully decorated…it was also:-well-stocked…from the kitchen, to the laundry room, to extra beach floats and chairs;-the beds were extremely comfortable;-the TVs were large smart TVs In each bedroom as well as the living area;-the rental company was so very responsive, kind, and accommodating;-the staff at Treasure Island was nice and accommodating (we had a brief issue with someone laying towels outside our door and they were all over the floor and railings, including my rental’s railing… the staff handled it so swiftly…they truly do care).-Treasure Island was very clean, and had some great amenities and was located in a nice area of the beach;-we were provided a dedicated parking space on the beach side (not across the street) …where I literally parked on the third floor in a dedicated parking space and an EASY short walk to the condo;-the added bonus, our condo was on the third floor over the pool… just enough of a distance that we didn’t hear people playing at the pool; and close enough to the ground that we could walk the stairs if we preferred to not use the elevator (there were several elevators and they all worked great though). We will be back!!!

Always skeptical of pics on websites vs what you get in reality. This place did not disappoint. Fabulous views, plenty of space and everything you need for the kitchen. Will make this a regular spot!

Property is beautiful. Property management company is terrible. Within the first few hours of our stay, the guest toilet seal needed to be replaced, causing for raw sewage to overflow in the bathroom and in the adjoining room. While maintenance did come within an hour, the sewage smell lingered for over twenty four hours. While we understand things happen that are beyond our control, the manager of the property management company did not offer much regarding attempting to compensate for our inconvenience. Maintenance and cleaning had to come back a second day, so we had folks in and out of our space and endured having a fowl sewage smell from linger for a full day. We were only there for four full days, so an inconvenience compensation was certainly warranted whether it be the cleaning fee or comping a nights stay. Again, place is beautiful. The property management company isn’t the best.

Hi, Taylor, We want to note that we did everything humanly possible to resolve your complaints and did so in a timely manner. We do want to correct that while the unforeseen issue with the toilet did cause water to leak, there was no raw sewage that leaked into the bathroom. We also did send housekeeping out to sanitize the same day of the repair. When you were displeased that the cleaners did not use bleach specifically (as guests can have sensitivity to bleach), we did send out housekeeping a second time to clean the majority of the condo with your preferred cleaning products to your specific instructions as well as have rugs removed as requested. When our maintenance tech came to remove the bedroom rug less than 24 hours after the repair, they reported no odor in the condo. We did not feel it was warranted to refund you the $1000 that you were suggesting, as the entire situation was resolved in less than 24 hours, with each request being addressed within 2 hours. We did, however, still give compensation for the inconvenience caused. You asked for the cleaning fee to be refunded as well as half of your stay when the total duration of the situation was less than 24 hours and the you admittedly had no issue with the cleanliness of the condo upon your arrival. While unforeseen issues like the toilet leak do arise, we always strive to address every issue with urgency to accomplish a complete resolution in a timely manner, which we did in this case.
