Very clean, beautiful and comfortable place. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. The beds were comfortable and the house worked well for 5 adults. Excellent proximity to Jasper and Ball Ground, and easy access to 575.

Cottage was just adorable! Had everything we needed. Loved being able to have our dog there with a fenced backyard. We stayed 2 nights for a wedding at the Wheeler House. Highly recommend.

I booked this house for daughter and her bridesmaids to have a quiet stay before the wedding.This house was so beautiful and clean. It was a very comfortable place. It provided the laid back night we were hoping for. The spaces were very accurately described. There was plenty of room for everyone. I would recommend this house to anyone staying in the area.

Absolutely amazing!

We LOVED this house!! We were in town for a wedding at The Greystone Estate which was only a few miles away. Would love to stay here again & stay longer just to enjoyed the property. The backyard was fenced in with chairs, fire pit, string lights & grill. Front porch for sitting & enjoying beautiful flowers planted out front.The master suite upstairs had sitting area, deck with a view, spacious luxury bathroom, washer & dryer, dressing room. Beds were so comfy!!! Meredith really outdone herself on design & decorating.

Quiet getaway

This property was a perfect place for my daughter and her bridesmaids to stay the night before her wedding. And it was perfect for them to all get ready the next day for the wedding. There was plenty of bathroom space as well as natural light and mirrors to get the perfect looks for the wedding. Then my husband and I, along with our other children were able to stay the night after the wedding. It accommodated us all very well. The “dressing room” off the upstairs bathroom was a perfect place for young children to sleep. We had the fold out bed (provided) and a pack and play (also provided) in there and it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming, Cozy, and Perfect for a Getaway

We had an incredible time staying in this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath home near downtown Ball Ground. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, plus a variety of coffee options to start our mornings off right! We especially loved the open floor plan that kept us connected, whether we were in the kitchen or relaxing in the cozy living room.The master suite upstairs was a dream—large, elegant, and peaceful with its vaulted ceiling and private balcony. The French chandelier and vanity in the dressing room added a lovely touch of luxury. We spent a lot of time on the back deck, enjoying the fire pit and the glider rocker while soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The property is also conveniently close to some lovely wedding venues, making it a great option for guests attending events nearby.This home truly felt like a home away from home, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing retreat!

Our Wedding Night Get Away

This was a very important week for myself and loved ones as I was getting married. We had such an awesome time and experience. We checked in on Saturday with my groomsmen and hung out in the back yard throwing the football, sitting on the porch, and on the patio. My parents came over too for dinner and were blown away. The front yard and porch, as well as the back yard and porch were so pretty. The gardening is so elaborate as well. Everything is newly renovated, clean, and so well thought out. The downstairs bedrooms are comfortable and have more than enough space. The living room and kitchen are fully stocked and comfortable as well. the master suite was even better. The master suite is large, comfortable, and even has its own living room area. The bathroom was huge with a private dressing room area where you could easily fit the roll away bed. There was a large walk in shower that has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash already pre-stocked. What was even more amazing was the view of the mountain ranges from the master suite and porch. The pictures on the listing don't do it justice. Finally, my new wife and I came back here after our wedding and spent the night after having the best night ever at the Wheeler House. I definitely will be back to this rental next year, as it was such a great time and experience. Thank you again for the memories!

Our Air B&B was just as described. Beautiful, comfortable and cozy! We came up for a 1yr old birthday party so we had kids with us. The house was roomy and has all the comforts of home. Our host was attentive and prompt when emailed. I would stay here again for sure!!

I am a single mom to three young boys, trying to balance the life of a PA and my passion for real estate and home design. My boys and I are calling George home again and enjoyed living in this cute little home for a little over a year, but I’m now excited to share the home with guests!

This neighborhood is a calm and quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. Close enough to the attractions at downtown Ballground has to offer but without the traffic. There are two playgrounds just a few blocks away from this home and a baseball field that are perfect for families looking for some outdoor activity. There’s also a small walking trail in the woods next to the baseball field and you might just be lucky enough to see a train passing by up close in personal.

The property has been given much love and care in the details of design and decor. The wood beams in the living room and vaulted wood ceiling in the master gives it a unique appeal. The private balcony in the master bedroom, gives you some gorgeous sunset views in the spring and summer.
