We enjoyed the property for 10 days. The beds were comfortable, the house was as advertised, close to Boreas Pass & town. We've stayed in 15 VRBOs in the area over the past decade.A complaint was that the non-stick pans were very scratched and old, need replacement. I typically bring my own knives and frying pan on vacation, but had not done on this trip. We tried to buy one in town, none at the City Market. I've never stayed where there wasn't at least salt & pepper, which made it challenging for dinner the first night...we'd bought groceries on the way into Breckenridge. We left salt, olive oil & balsamic on leaving. There was some laundry detergent, which was appreciated. The decor was nice for the most part, but somewhat cluttered...there were some stuffed animals on cabinets, a dirty straw turkey by the TV and some tchotchke beaver statues on the mantle. The view from the deck is of some tanks and fencing, which I hadn't noticed in the photos. There were no other homes directly behind, but you can see the house next door from the hot tub, but it was unoccupied while we there. In the distance, the mountains are beautiful from the kitchen and deck. Boreas Pass road is off the neighborhood, so some traffic and ambulance sounds at night with the windows open (not a big deal, but if you're a light sleeper, may need to consider). TOverall, it was a nice house. We'd chose another the next visit, have stayed in Pinacle properties before and they are good.
