Drop your boat in at Duskin Marina or the Dam and tie your boat up at the dock. If you need to rent a boat Duskin Marina is minutes away by car or boat. There is a Ford Connected Charging Station for your electric vehicle. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles!

Great stay. I really enjoy the house it was absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the outside more. The spot was prefect for peace and quite.

The cottage was beautiful and very well maintained. The location on the lake was perfect for what we wanted, fishing, swimming and taking in the beautiful views.

Perfect place for a family gathering. Loved the covered patio area. Great place to fish and swim from the shore as well as the dock. House was so nice, clean and comfortable. We loved it!!!

Our stay was perfect! The cottage is adorable and the location is great - right next to Duskin Point Marina. The house is situated on a flat point with beautiful views of the water. When we were not on the water, we spent all of our time on a newly built outdoor covered pavilion. Highly recommend - we will be back!

Absolutely beautiful and a great vacation spot for our family. We had lots of room, the kitchen was fully stocked, the yard was great for the kids, the water was perfect for swimming. We loved the big deck off of the kitchen for family time. We definitely made wonderful memories with our grandkids and they are already asking to return. Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family.

The house was perfect. My grandkids loved the little beach area in front of the house. Also the kids loved jumping off the dock into the lake. Everything about this house was perfect. They even had toys and books for my grandkids to play with. The kitchen was fully stocked. We will be going back it’s our new family tradition. The fishing was great also.

Comfortable home with a wonderful view and an amazing yard!

What a comfortable home! What a marvelous yard! It is so accessible for picnicking, wading in the lake, playing by the lake! We even tried our luck fishing from the dock. The view is amazing and we enjoyed watching the lake in the few periods of rain from the porch, the patio, living room and dining room. The house is well equipped, the beds are comfortable. We will be coming again soon!

Rare Find for Smith Lake

This cottage met all expectations for a family getaway to the lake. The secluded & expansive yard was truly an amazing find in that it's level out to the water where you can wade in easily. The porch looks over the yard so everyone could run & play without worry. The dock offered an easy tie up for our boat & we could fish off the side for fun. A public boat launch is only a 5-min ride from the house (near the dam). The views from inside are beautiful over the lake. Rooms were cozy & everything was very user friendly. We will come back for a longer stay when the water is warmer!

Fantastic house for families with kid toddlers and kids!

My wife and I had a wonderful quick trip with our two and a half year old busy toddler. The host had plenty of items needed for a toddler (booster seat, toddler potty, non-and breakable kids plate ware). The locks on the doors were also high enough to not have to worry about the little guy escaping. The property was amazing as the house is at the tip of the peninsula with almost 360 lake views! The water was too cold for us get in, but we could have waded out with ease. The front porch had a nice breeze and yard plenty of shade that would be great in summer. We will be back!

Bring your groceries and never want to leave!

Smith Lake and this house is an oasis, with spectacular views from the inside and outside. As our kids said, "this view is WOW", and we agreed. The owner's were very communicative and even helped us plan a boat rental. There is a marina across the way that has reasonably priced pontoon boats. Bring water shoes since the lake does have rocks. This house is prepared for kids, families or just an adult get away. Grab your groceries, sit on the deck and you may not leave till you have to check-out. We're already looking at our calendar for next year, or sooner. Only suggestion would be a few books left for guests, I forgot mine. Other than that, check this place out!

Perfect family getaway

Great lot for family kids, great view of the lake Well decorated and clean. Great deckWish there was a gas or pellet grill but there is a charcoal one.We had a great time, going again in july
