Highly recommend. Very clean place and was more than impressed with how communicative and accommodating the host was. Just bring a sleep mask if you plan to sleep in bc 2 of the 3 bedrooms don't have blackout curtains

This home was exactly as pictured. It was very easy to locate and every single room/ area of the house was clean. The location of the house was just minutes away from downtown Cbus. I did have to message the host about general questions, like where to take out trash, and they got back to me in a timely manner. Overall experience was great, would recommend for a small group of people/ family!

I’m completing this review via my phone and was unable to select 5 stars for the hosts communication and the overall cleanliness of the home, which were both excellent! We stayed in this recently renovated, very clean and modern home during Ohio States Parents weekend in October. The home is in an urban and up and coming neighborhood and came with street parking. We found the host to be very responsive, genuine, kind, receptive to feedback and super organized! Originally, we were concerned about the street parking but we had no issues during our 4 night stay. We were working during our stay and found the WiFi was great on the ground floor but not as strong where the bedrooms are located on the second floor. This didn’t bother us as we worked downstairs.The location was close to downtown and OSU and served its purpose.We loved being around the corner from Tommy’s Dinner, which was fantastic and nostalgic! If you have a moment - definitely consider them for a meal!The house comes with a great fridge, oven, sink, washer and dryer. Note, there is no dishwasher and the host does provide dish soap.With some improvements that we shared with the host, we would stay here again :)

Very clean. Comfortable. Equipped with essentials. Wasn’t sure about the area at first but it surprised me by being quiet. Easy access. Close to Nationwide Arena. Would stay again!

Beautifully renovated home

This home was clearly recently beautifully renovated and the host made an effort to provide every amenity possible. The host's communication was great as well! The only note would be that the heat can be a little wonky at night but it will DEFINITELY keep you warm. Overall a great stay and beautifully decorated as well

Enjoyable stay

The house was very clean and was exactly as advertised. Check in and out was extremely easy and owner communicated well. Minor issue was parking for multiple vehicles. We had 3 vehicles one day and 4 another and parking was not always easy to find. However, it was a minor issue compared to to the quality of the amenities. I would stay here again any time. May look at this very place next year as well.
