Th room was extremely clean and well equipped. The host was prompt with communication, and the amenities were excellent! The walk to beach was short and easy. Great experience!!

No pool on premises. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the beach and state park so close. We enjoyed our kayak ride. Location and cleanliness were great. Loved the outdoor space.

My wife and I stayed there for three nights originally and had so much fun we extended it for a couple more nights! Communication with Pete was great from beginning . The place was spotless and everything was like brand new. The amenities and location can’t be beat! We took advantage of the beaches, kayaks, stand up paddle boards. We also rode the bikes to the nearby restaurants. We’ll definitely return

Wonderful stay!

Stump Pass Place is ideal. It has all that you need for the beach and water. Very quite and peaceful

Simply relaxing and well worth the experience. Check in to check out everything works flawlessly.

Awesome spot

Such a great stay, everything as described. Enjoyed our patios especially! Just minutes to the ocean. Truly lovely, clean and well appointed. Definitely returning.

Great Place in a Great Beach Town

We really enjoyed our time. The property was a quick walk to the beach. This property has beach carts, beach chairs, sand toys, Kayaks, and Paddleboards. Everything is in good condition and taken care of as well.

Great

Property was just as advertised. Interior was super clean and the cleaning lady (Melinda?) was super helpful and showed us the secondary beach access, which was very good.

Quiet Getaway

I’ve stayed at many of this properties homes before and I’m always beyond impressed with the quality and amenities they provide. Always makes it harder to leave with the private outdoor area, outdoor shower, and beach and kayaking essentials!! Can’t recommend this property enough and can’t wait to stay again!!

Great

Peter did a great job getting this property ready after the hurricane. It was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it. The pool was fun and it was a short walk to the beach

Excellent in every way

Very clean, everything you needed for a beach vacation was provided: beach chairs, towels, kayaks, bikes and a trolley to push it all to the beach, which was a very short walk. Private patio with chairs, lounges, umbrella table & grill. it was a wonderful week, everything you would need was thought of & provided.

a great find will be back

Everything was fantastic. super close to beach and stump pass where u launch kayaks and paddleboards. all amenities were plentiful and in great shape. very nice. a great value for the money. beautiful beaches that aren't over crowded and area is not overly touristy. was a great vacation.

Really nice!

Place is super clean and stocked with everything you need for the beach. My only complaint is the pull out couch is not comfortable at all. Also why not a box of Kleenex? Overall a great place to stay, relax and enjoy the beach and great sunsets!

Unfortunately, sofa beds are just not comfortable by design and are only offered as a cost effective way to travel with very small children. Just the perfect beach bungalow for all the things we love to do. The location can’t be beat! A few minutes walk to the beach and Stump pass state park. Used the kayaks almost every day. Short walk to the launching beach. Saw dolphins every day but one. Lots of cool shark teeth to collect on the beach and what amazing sunsets! Loved being able to spray off our feet at the shell washing station on the side. The condo was spotless and looks very recently refreshed and updated. Everything we needed was there for a comfortable week. Full kitchen that we used daily. Why spend time in restaurants when you can be on the beach or in the water?! An extra highlight is the bald eagle nest just across the street. Looks like there’s some baby eagles being cared for by attentive parents. Lots of other birds to see too. The back patio is super nice - for morning reading in the shade or afternoon sun soaking. We are return customers and hope to return here again next time we travel to Manasota Key.

Enjoyed the convenience to beach

We enjoyed our stay in Englewood. The location was convenient to the beach which was important to my wife. The condo worked out well for us. We really liked the designated parking spot for each condo. We weren’t able to use them for our stay, but was nice to have kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, etc. available. Will use them if we come back. Thank you for letting us be there.

Stump Pass 2024

We loved the whole experience. The room was neat and clean and we were suprised at all of the amenities. From the bikes and kayaks that were available at no extra charge and the nice free laundry facility. We cooked in every evening, so my wife was very pleased at how well equipped the kitchen was. If we get a chance next year, we will definitely be back.

Good location

This was our 2nd time staying here. It is clean and walking distance to Stump Pass Beach Park. I was not feeling well for 2 days while here and my husband tried to sleep on pull out sofa. It was so uncomfortable, he just put mattress of floor and slept there. That was really our only issue everything else was good. Has nice patio out back door.
