Beautiful Fort Myers Beach Condo 2/2 Bay Village. Walk to the beach.
Lovely, fully equipped, open floor plan, top floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a beautiful view of Estero Bay. Only a five-minute walk to the most beautiful white sand beach, the widest part of the beach on the Island. Besides the beach, your options are endless. Walk the beach, swim in the heated pool, play tennis/pickle ball, shuffleboard, or fish from the docks on the property.
Under building covered private parking and storage unit, elevator, and key-less entry. Master bedroom suite has a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and semi-en suite bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 flat screen TVs, 50" in the living room and 42" in the master bedroom. Internet, Netflix, Prime TV, beach chairs and umbrellas, bicycles, fishing rods, beach and pool towels, beach cart, coolers. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the complex has a resort style heated pool, barbecues and more. Just unpack and enjoy.
Take the short ride by car, bike or the island trolley to the north end of the island and visit the Margaritaville Resort. Venture on to Old San Carlos Boulevard and frequent the many "old" favorite restaurants and bars such as Wahoo Willies, Snug Harbour, The Yucatan, Matanzas on the Bay, The S.O.B., and Nervous Nellies. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its gopher turtle walk.
This vacation condo's ideal location near the center of the island offers easy northbound or southbound access to the mainland. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak among the estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to outlet shopping at Miromar Outlets and Fifth Avenue in Naples.
The Publix grocery store is a few blocks north and has everything you need. Two great restaurants the Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro are located on the bay behind Publix. A CVS pharmacy is located in the Santini Plaza a few blocks south along with a liquor store and more.
A signed waiver is required. This is per Condo Board rules to let them know you are aware that painting of the building and some work may be going on.
A TWO WEEK MINIMUM STAY IS REQUIRED, Bay Village Condo Association rules. The Condo Association has a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS RULES.

We are avid travelers and want to provide our guests with the all necessities, comfort and cleanliness we love to have when we book a vacation rental. All the little things that make for a wonderful stay.
Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted
We so enjoy waking up and enjoying a morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the water. We love walking and shelling on the seven-mile-long white sand beach. The residential neighborhood is very quiet, and peaceful, with the beach only a short 5-minute walk away. Beautiful water views.
