With 4 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 4 twin beds, this fantastic property offers plenty of space for up to 8 adult guests to relax after enjoying the Beautiful Beach.
Enjoy the private pool when not soaking up the sun at the Gulf or out at the wonderful attractions near by.

*The living room has 3 large sofas, easily accommodating 8 guests

*The master bedroom has a King Size bed and 45" Roku TV. and large walk in closet.
It also has a wonderful ensuite bathroom with a large dual head shower.

*The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin, great for a small family.

*The forth bedroom has a queen bed and 3 twin beds. Great for a kids bunk room or a large family.

*The kitchen is fully equipped with everything need to make your delicious meals. Full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. FullyStocked for our guests with pots and pans, dishes, glassware and silverware, coffeemaker, toaster, mixer and serving dishes.
Beautifully updated with quartz countertops, painted cabinets and fresh paint throughout.

*The dining room seats 6 and there are 2 barstools and 4 seats at the breakfast nook.

"They are NOT street legal, they're strictly used for touring around the neighborhood, and to the beach access. NOT ALLOWED ON BACK BEACH RD. Only allowed on Front Beach Rd to and from the beach. Again, drivers Must be a Licensed driver 18 or older." Upon renting, renter/guest accepts liability responsibility.
** These are NOT street legal for long trips to Pier Park or across the bridge.

**Pets are allowed, max of 2 dogs under 35# at $250 per pet per stay.
**Please please please be a responsible and respectful pet owner and do not let your pets on the beds or furniture.
**Vacation Rental Agreement:

Upon booking property, you are agreeing to these terms:

HOLD HARMLESS

For the property at 331 Kelly St, Panama City Beach, Florida.

Owner attempts to properly maintain the vacation rental. The vacationer agrees to immediately notify the owner of any maintenance problem, so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible.

Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he has no control. This includes, but is not limited to:

Power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation, construction, mechanical failure such as pool, hot tubs, television, etc.

No refunds will be given for occurrences beyond the owner’s control.

**Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to Vacationers or their guests as a result of the acts of said Vacationers and guests."

**Owner is not responsible for any theft or damage to vacationer’s belongings during their stay at the vacation rental."

**Upon payment for stay at above property, vacationers agree that they have read and understood this agreement. The vacationer accepts all terms, condition, and restrictions without exception.

**We are NOT responsible for items left behind.
