Perfectly located just one block from Main Street, this stylish home puts you within easy walking distance of the town’s best restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, boutiques, and local events. Whether you're here for outdoor adventure or a relaxing mountain escape, this home offers the ideal basecamp for your stay.



Just down the street, you’ll find the beautiful Arkansas River with quick access to hiking trails, mountain biking, river walks, fishing, rafting, kayaking, and endless outdoor recreation. After a day exploring the Rockies, come back and unwind on the front porch while taking in breathtaking views of the Collegiate Peaks. Please note: Like many homes in Buena Vista and other Colorado mountain towns, this home does not have air conditioning. However, temperatures in the mountains cool significantly in the evenings, and the home is equipped with a whole-house fan. Simply open a few windows and turn on the fan to quickly cool the space and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
