This home has an electric pool heater. Electric pool heat must be requested a minimum of 10 days in advance as in cooler temps it takes approximately 5-7 days to heat to temperature.

Car rental available! Please inquire if you would like pricing and options. We can leave at the airports or have ready and waiting at the house for you when you arrive. We'll make it EASY for you!

✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.

- NOTE: Your safety matters. An exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance, there are also Nest cameras facing the gates to the back yard. The camera does not look into any interior spaces

The house was amazing, very clean. Home looked exactly as advertised. The outdoor space was huge and pool was so refreshing. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and entertainment. 10/10

Resting Cactus

The house was great, clean, with great amenities (pool, ping pong, roomy). Very good location (central Chandler basically) and very good communications leading up to the stay. The one downside is the AC was not working well. It degraded over a few days. We were out and about so would not feel it until end of day. I did contact the property manager and they responded quickly but two nights of our stay were not comfortable.

The yard is large and has great potential, and the fairy lights and fire table were nice touches in the evenings. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the pool.The pool vacuum and long hose were left stretched across the pool during our entire stay and we were told we were not allowed to move them. This made it difficult to actually swim or use the pool normally. The pool heating also did not work during our stay. We paid for the heating option and notified the host when we arrived, but it was never fixed (they did reimburse the heating fee afterward).The listing also overstates the sleeping capacity. I asked about this before booking, but the house does not realistically sleep 12 people. There are only three true bedrooms, while the additional sleeping spaces include a converted closet with bunk beds, a very small loft accessed by a ladder, and one sleeping area that can only be accessed by walking through the master bedroom and bathroom or by going outside. We had 9 people and it already felt crowded; 6 would be more realistic for a comfortable stay.The way the property functioned during our stay was quite different from what we expected based on the listing description and photos. Future guests may want to confirm the pool setup and carefully review the sleeping layout if privacy and usable sleeping space are important.
