~~ Walk across the street and you're on the beach!! This beautiful home sits directly across from Coquina Beach. You can't get a more convenient location!
~~ The ground floor has a King bedroom and a double bunk bedroom ( 3 Twin + 1 Full ) as well as a trundle bed. All bedrooms have their own full marble-tiled bathrooms. There is a King Master Studio Suite that stands alone in the back with a King bed, pull out futon, its own private entrance and a bathroom. Inside, the spacious kitchen meets all your cooking needs with the lastest appliances. The granite countertops include an island in the center with stools for extra seating . The dining room table has seating for 8-10 people. The extra large living room has multiple couches and chairs so that everyone can relax comfortably together. There is also a full washer and dryer on this level.
~~ On the second floor is where you'll find the other King Master Suite with an attached all marble full Master Bath. The pool table room has a built in bar and plenty of seating. Perfect for entertaining.
~~ Take the spiral staircase to the Rooftop Sundeck to look out over Coquina Beach at sunset or while you get your tan on. The backyard has a fire pit surrounded by plenty of seating for nights at home. There is also a putting green to practice your golf game. A 12 person deluxe swimspa was just added for your enjoyment! It allows you to relax in the jets, or turn it on to swim in the current! Dont forget the golf cart charging station, the outdoor cold OR HOT shower, and the storage shed that contains all your included beach equipment and bikes.
~~ This beautiful home is steps from the actual beach and a few streets over from the Bridge Street bars and restaurants. Truly a place the whole family can enjoy!!!
~~ The 6 person golf cart is also available to rent for $500/week or $100/day plus state tax and fees. This is a separate rental outside this platform that I would handle directly with the guest!

Beach view from the rooftop patio was fantastic! The house meet all the needs of our family and we will be back again. I highly recommend renting the golf cart with the property as well!

There were 10 people total in our group. We all agreed the house was great the 4 kids included! We loved the minute walk from the side door to the beach and being able to walk to Bridge street. Brittany was great to deal with. Will definitely be returning.

The location of this property is one of the best in the area we choose to stay in AMI. This is our 2nd time at this property the previous being under a different owner pre hurricanes. The reconstruction and amenities improvement are good. The current host is one of the reasons we have chosen to book it again.

The house is very spacious and clean. Very updated with nice amenities like beach chairs, wagon, towels. It has an excellent swim spa and cozy fire table. We were on a girl trip of eight. We all agreed it was a great choice.

Family Beach Trip

When we arrived the house was very clean. Brittany was very helpful with any questions or helping to resolve any issues that camen up during our week stay. We will definitely be back we loved the location of the house. The fire pit was such a nice amenity and we used it daily. Thank you for such a great trip.

Great property and Amazing location

Our family of 13 enjoyed the rental. Ages 1 yr old up to mid 60's. Plenty of room to spread out. Amazing location and great views of sunsets. Property was clean and Brittany was just a message a way when we had questions.

We love our family vacation here

Our stay at this Anna Maria Island home was truly unforgettable! The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, perfect for relaxing with family. The location was unbeatable, just a one-minute walk to the most gorgeous beach we’ve ever seen. We loved waking up to the peaceful views and ending our days with sunset strolls. Brittany was an exceptional host: kind, responsive, and welcoming from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations. We’re already dreaming of our next visit back!

This house is amazing, right across the street from the beach. The roof top has amazing views of the ocean, but you do have to walk across the street to see the sunsets because the house in front of it blocks your view. With that being said, the views are still spectacular! So much room plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We had 8 women on our girls trip and had plenty of room. The swim spa was great as well. This house is worth every penny hope to go back soon.

We had an amazing time at our place. It was easy to find, no troubles getting in, safe area and the accommodations were spectacular. We had everything we needed on this gorgeous lot. We were less than a minutes walk from the beautiful beach and minutes from shopping and restaurants - we had a roof top view of the gorgeous sunset and everything was clean and comfortable! Our host was easy to get a hold of and our accommodations were like brand new. We plan on returning very soon.

Brittany was the most attentive host for our stay! We are former locals who came in to visit with an ailing family member so we were stressed and exhausted from flying and driving in from all over the country. We stayed here with 4 kids and the hot tub was a perfect break from the beach. The house is wonderfully set up to host many families at once and we didnt feel like we were on top of eachother. The location is fantastic and made lugging kids and stuff back and forth to the beach a breeze. There is a crosswalk and lifeguard station right there. Its tucked between two large houses and we lucked out with great neighbors on both sides for the length of our stay. Being set back might seem not the best but I promise you it is. We had no excessive road noise, the house stayed cool, and the rooftop balcony gave a great view at sunset. I can't mention how good Brittany was enough- I know that a lot of the stay depends on your host and she is top tier and we will book again. Also eat at Smoqe House!

Perfect beach house

We stayed here for a week with family. The location was fantastic. It is literally across the street from a beautiful public beach. Traffic on the road drove very slow making it very pleasant to cross the street (crosswalk was right at the house) and there was little noise from the road. The house was recently completely renovated so everything was in great shape. The house was even better than the pictures!Also, the property manager was incredibly responsive to anything we needed. The property is a very short walk to the village where there are ice cream, candy shops, restaurants, bar, mini-golf and other shops!We highly recommend staying here and plan to book the house again next year!

Great property

We had 14 folks with 9 kids 18. The house was beautiful and very spacious, with a completely renovated interior—including brand new furniture, appliances, and more. Kids loved the place and the game room upstairs when it was raining. We did experience a bunch of water in the back house due to the leaking around air conditioner, but the property owner arrived within an hour to address it. Both the owner and the agent were incredibly responsive and pleasant to work with. We especially loved the backyard, which featured a swim spa, fire pit, and mini golf. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the rooftop deck had such beautiful views. We’d definitely recommend this place for your next stay!

We had a great week here! It truly is just steps to the beach. We loved the swimspa in the back yard and the house was spacious. Bring your own trash bags, laundry detergent, and dishwashing pods! We didn’t realize those weren’t included and it would have been easy to pack if we knew ahead of time. Brittany was a great host!
