Guest Access:

• You'll have the entire suite to yourself, so please make yourself at home.

• The entrance is off the street, through a glass store-like door located right beside "Eastside Social Restaurant."

•Located on the second floor, the unit is accessed via a staircase with about 15 steps.

• There is one designated spot is available behind the building. Additional cars are not permitted.

(All guests must register their vehicle details with us before or upon check-in. Unregistered vehicles or those parked in the wrong spot risk being towed.)

• Casa Hotels offers a seamless contactless check-in experience. There is no on-site front desk or lobby. Detailed access instructions will be sent before your stay.

Most of these bus routes connect to stations on the Bloor-Danforth subway line. Drivers will find the area very accessible with Lake Shore Boulevard, the Gardiner Expressway, and the Don Valley Parkway only a few minutes away.

• Located above a restaurant in a lively area, guests may experience some noise during operating hours (Sun 11am–2pm, Tue–Wed 5:30–9pm, Fri–Sat 11am–10pm), along with occasional street noise and sounds from neighboring units.



• We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and recommend avoiding online orders, as delivery times cannot be guaranteed within your stay.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4. For safety reasons, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly not allowed on the premises.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
