Villa Larici - Unique View of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo

Villa Larici is a beautiful, detached villa, idyllically located on a quiet private road in Tremosine, district of Voltino. It is located at over 700 meters above sea level, one of the highest inhabited points on Lake Garda, and offers breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Garda and the impressive Monte Baldo massif.
The villa is adjacent to the Hotel Residence Campi, whose extensive grounds offer numerous leisure opportunities. During the hotel season (Easter to early October), guests can use the hotel's pool free of charge. The pool is about 280 meters (about 4 minutes' walk) easily accessible and is therefore very close to the villa. It can be used at any time, but depends on the hotel's opening hours. Tennis courts, mini golf and e-bike rental are also available for a fee. The hotel also has a restaurant.

With its spacious covered terraces, which include an outdoor kitchen, a table for up to 14 people, an outdoor sofa and sun loungers, Villa Larici offers everything you need for relaxing days. Both the newly traditionally renovated indoor kitchen with Miele appliances and the outdoor kitchen by Napoleon - with an 800° grill perfect for preparing steaks, a regular BBQ grill and an extra hob - are fully equipped, including an outdoor refrigerator.
Villa Larici has space for 8 people. There are four bedrooms on the ground floor and attic, with a total of six beds.
The cinema room (bedroom 5) is located in the taverna (basement), which remains pleasantly cool even in the hot summer months. The taverna can be reached via an external staircase. In the cinema room, which does not have its own radiator but is heated by the main room of the taverna, there are two sofa beds (140 x 200 cm each) for guests seven and eight.
We would like to proactively point out that in this cinema room, water can visibly run down a wall in unfavorable wind conditions and very heavy, prolonged rain. Despite new sealing measures, this can happen in exceptional cases.
Each of the three floors has its own, newly renovated bathroom with shower or bathtub.

We will endeavor to provide the projector in a functional manner to the best of our knowledge and belief, but cannot guarantee that it will work fully in all situations. If the mobile projector is exceptionally unavailable or defective, unfortunately no replacement device is available. We want you to enjoy your stay and will do our best to give you this special experience.
You are welcome to bring your dog. For your comfort, we provide bed linen and towels. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the house is eight people. The landlord will take care of the final cleaning.
