Very Very wonderful location and nice place!!Water temperature needs to be turned up, would have loved hot water instead of luke warm!And supplies needed in the kitchen area!!But would live to stay again!!

Amazing location. Beautiful lake view, and the kids loved the playground across the street. Very walkable and tons of great restaurants and amenities. So much to see and do in and around the neighborhood, and so close to downtown. Charming mid-century apartment with many original touches. Would love to stay here again.

The place was clean and spacious. The living room was our relaxing spot. The location was great as we can see the lake.The location was safe and had a great parking spot. The host was quick to respond for any inquiries and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed with my two teenagers for a weekend event. First huge plus, on site parking is included with the rental so you don’t have to fight for a space on the street. The unit was very clean upon arrival. The beds were neat, tidy and comfortable(great pillows). Towels and washcloths were clean and appropriate for the number of guests. The bedrooms are spacious, plenty of room for luggage storage, and each room has a ceiling fan(huge plus in Florida). The living area is also spacious, with a comfortable couch, large tv, and has a wonderful park view. WiFi was strong, and streaming services are available. The unit(and building) is definitely vintage, as described, so do expect vintage fixtures, but I found it very charming, and felt like going back in time a little bit. The location cannot be beat. Walking distance to a ton of good restaurants, beautiful view of the park and lake, so much to do and see, and the neighborhood is very nice. But please note, that because there’s so much to do nearby, it’s a very popular area, so expect a lot of people coming and going. Check in was a simple process. The host was very kind, accommodating, and prompt in responding. All in all it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay at this unit again if I’m ever in the area again.

Great location for what we needed for a quick getaway to Daytona 500. Close to I-4 and easy to get around. Clean and easy to book. But it’s downtown Orlando... If you want quiet at night this is not the place. Lots of night life though and great restaurants!

Outstanding. It’s no secret downtown Orlando can have some sketchy areas but this location was absolutely perfect. Great selection of food literally a block down the street. Beautiful lake in front of us with a huge market on Sunday during our visit. I picked this location because it was one of the cheapest ones, had no idea it would be this pleasant. Will definitely be checking this out again when I’m back in town.

Flew into town for a concert and booked this gem. The host was so helpful with all my silly questions and answered almost immediately. Location is absolutely perfect, the neighborhood is very cool, clean and the lake across the street is beautiful. The unit was sparkling clean, beds were comfortable as well. We debated renting a vehicle but opted to just uber from the airport and having the convenience of the zip bikes and scooters right there made getting around town so easy. We would definitely book this unit again

Perfect for our trip; wedding at Lake Eola Park. This was literally right across the street from the park. It can be a little noisy at times, but it didn’t keep us from sleeping at night. It’s about an hour from Disney. It is vintage, but very clean. Could use more electrical outlets, but we made it just fine.

Concert Weekend

I loved this little property! It was cute and had some vintage elements to it making it special! Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant! I didn't experience any issues, but if i did, the owner would have been easy to communicate with. The location for my purposes was great! The park across the way was nice. Overall great spot!
