Spacious Retreat with room for large groups! 2 living areas and a large kitchen.

Come stay in our one of a kind home in Calhoun- very close to I-20. We are 10 minutes from the West Monroe Sports and Event Center and 12 minutes from both Landry & Thirsty Farmer Vineyards along with several wedding venues. There are two large living areas one with a tv and another with a sitting area and a tournament size pool table. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is an 8 seat dining table inside and another on the back patio. There are 4 bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs.

The space
We love our home and enjoy hosting people who are traveling for work, sports events, weddings, and more. You get the whole 4200sqft house to yourself. We have plenty of room for large groups. The home is comfortable and stocked with most things you would need for a short or long stay. There is a coffee pot and keurig and all other essentials in the fully stocked kitchen. Each bathroom has fresh towels and shampoo/conditioner. There is a washer/dryer available and plenty of towels and blankets. There is a large TV in one living room and TVs in 3 of the bedrooms- we are working on adding more.

We do ask that any pets remain downstairs and that food is only taken in the kitchen and dining room.

Check out is easy and hassle free- no need to make or strip the beds- we do all of that. Just take out any stinky trash, load the dishwasher and pile towels in the laundry room.

Air mattresses: there are 4 queen sized air mattresses and bedding available.

Guest access
The whole house is available for use, except for locked storage areas. Since we live here, we keep some personal belongings stored when the space is rented.

Other things to note
We have a shop where we can set up a paint party for $30 per person, line dance or yoga class for $20 per person! Please make this request in advance.
