Security

This property features exterior security cameras for the safety and security of all guests
Cameras are located at the front outdoor entry, on the west side of the house facing the front of the property, in the backyard facing the pool and hot tub area, and in the garage
All cameras are exterior only and do not look into any interior spaces of the home
Cameras actively record video and audio when motion is detected


House Rules:

No events, parties, or large gatherings — please contact the owner or property manager for prior approval if guest count will exceed the maximum occupancy of 8
