A quick 1~ minute golf cart ride or a 4~ minute walk to the BEACH. Large Heated pool attached to a Cabana with Full bath and two showers, all screened in for safety and bug free. Located on Oro Peso Lane, meaning "Spanish Gold", Serenity Now is hidden among palm trees, and its Harbor views are second to none!
With sleeping up to 14 people and four king master bedrooms, Serenity Now can host your next family vacation, reunion, or even wedding (fees apply). This island mansion is reminiscent of a luxury beach resort in the Caribbean, without the need for a passport.
NORTH CAPTIVA ISLAND is a private island accessible only by boat or private aircraft. The Island has 4 restaurants, 2 convenience stores, North Captiva is known for uncrowded, natural white sand beaches with incredible shelling and wildlife viewing. Two thirds of North Captiva is a state wildlife preserve with many hiking trails, while one-third is lightly developed with vacation homes.
