While the studio is entirely private, the spacious backyard and driveway are shared with the main house. We respect our guest's privacy and strive to make the guest experience as private as possible.

A few door steps are required to enter the unit. Once inside, the entire unit is one level.

($) POOL HEAT: If you would like the pool heat turned on for your stay, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival (if applicable). Please note there is a $36 DAILY FEE for pool heat. We can set the pool heater up to a maximum of 85 degrees depending on ambient temperature. The pool heater works optimally in ambient temperatures of 65 degrees or warmer and if the ambient temperature drops below 65 degrees, please understand the pool heater may not be able to keep up with the cooler temperatures and it may take longer to heat up the pool and there will be no refund in this case as the ambient temperature is out of our control. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding the pool heat.

Early check-ins/Late checkouts: Please contact the host to inquire about early check ins or late checkouts. Be aware a $25/hr fee may apply for any extensions.

Parking: 1 vehicle is permitted to park for no charge in the driveway. Further instructions will be provided when the property access information is provided.
