Our property is a newly renovated 4-story apartment building located inside a private gated community directly across from the beach. The beach is only a two-minute walk from our property. The apartment has 4 fully furnished apartments, including a 1-bedroom on the first floor, a 2-bedroom on the second floor, a 2-bedroom on the third floor, and a 2-bedroom on the fourth floor. All 4 apartments are available for rent. Our property also features a private swimming pool, bar area, outdoor dining area, garden, grilling area, sunbathing area, and rooftop with ocean view. In addition to the beach, our property is close to the attractions listed below.

The property was clean. Communication from the host was great! Hot water in the shower was lacking most days. The listing that we rented was having issues so we were put into another unit and a few days later we met someone that rented the same unit that we were supposed to be in originally and he was also being moved to another location. Was nice to be close to the beach as it was very popular among locals.

We chose this neighborhood not only for its rich history and ecotourism, but for its rare connection to nature and the sea. Just minutes away, you can explore the Mayan ruins of El Meco, a hidden archaeological site that offers a glimpse into the region’s ancient past.

Only a few steps in the other direction, you’ll find a peaceful mangrove forest, home to local wildlife such as birds, monkeys, and in some seasons, you can see some Flamingos, Coatis and iguanas that are often seen wandering through the area—an unforgettable experience that brings you closer to the natural beauty of the Mexican Caribbean.

And on the opposite side, just meters away, is Playa del Niño, a beautiful public beach where locals gather to swim, relax under palapas, and enjoy seaside restaurants.

This unique setting—surrounded by history, nature, and the beach—is what makes our location truly special and perfect for guests seeking more than a typical tourist stay.
