You are correct, guests not staying with the Kiawah Island Golf Resort to not have access to their private amenities. We do out best to ensure guests are aware of this and do include it in our rental agreement that is required to be signed by all guests before confirming the reservation.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. As listed in the description at your time of booking, the owner has made a couple of updates, however these are mostly to the exterior areas and we are awaiting a scheduled photographer to update the photos of those areas. The main interior update is simply a repaint of the home. We do feel that overall, the photos depict the home quite accurately, and we have not had similar comments from other guests within that time frame. I do see from communication that you noted upon arrival that it was a nice home that met all of your needs. As we didn't hear anything further during your stay, we kindly ask that you reach out to our team at your convenience to provide more specific feedback of any issues with your experience so we can work to address them for future guests.

Thanks for your feedback. We would have been happy to come back by and address the porches for you. We apologize that was not done prior to your arrival as that is the standard procedure. We also do supply a starter pack of dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and trash bags. Housekeeping leaves paper products as well so we apologize if they missed that for your arrival.

We are sorry to hear of your continued disappointment with your recent experience with us. As previously discussed, this is not our standard, and we were unfortunately unaware of these issues prior to your early departure. We have passed your noted along to our housekeeping and property management team to investigate and address the linens/bedding and the state of the carpets so that future renters don't have the same experience.
