This place is the best! The condo is clean and beautiful. Everything that you need is there with some extras. Morning coffee watching dolphins in the ocean was a big bonus. The location of the condo was perfect. I hope to visit again!

We enjoyed our stay, the unit was nice & comfortable. The view from the balcony was great. We thought the pricing & fees were high for the 3 day stay. Over all good.

Vacation June 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation home was in a great location with plenty to do nearby. It offered excellent beach access and was close to shopping, restaurants, and great walking areas. The rental itself was okay and had everything we needed for our stay, although it was a little smaller than we expected. While it was generally clean, it could benefit from a deeper cleaning in some areas. Overall, we enjoyed the convenience of the location and had a pleasant stay.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. I’m really happy to hear that you enjoyed the location and the beach access—it really is a wonderful spot for exploring the area.I am sorry to hear that the unit felt a bit smaller than expected and that it didn't quite hit the mark on the deep clean. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us because it helps us keep our standards high. I have already followed up with our cleaning staff to make sure we address the specific areas you mentioned so the next guest has an even better experience. We'd love to have you back again soon!

Being directly on the beach was amazing, fantastic view from the balcony. Sleeping with the door open to the balcony and hearing the waves was exactly what we were looking for. The place was overall great, very comfortable but not really for 6 to sleep. It is a little far from the boardwalk area of OC (20 minute drive) but we actually liked being on the quieter beach and area. Overall it was an excellent stay and we would definitely come back!

Very pleasantly surprised!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in some places that didn't live up to the pictures but this one actually did! The highlights were the full kitchen, the balcony and view, the general cleanliness, and the supplied beach chairs. The queen bed was quite firm and that wasn't to our liking but that is personal preference. The one other bed was too soft according to our teenager. Overall I would definitely book again!

Thank you so much for the review. We are thrilled to hear that the home lived up to the pictures—we put a lot of work into our listings, so guests know exactly what to expect. I'm so glad you enjoyed the balcony, the view, and the convenience of having beach chairs ready to go. Thank you for the honest feedback regarding the mattress firmness; personal comfort is so subjective, but it’s still very helpful for us to know how our guests are sleeping. We really appreciate you letting us know, and we’d be so happy to welcome you back again!

This condo is fabulous! First time I've rented where the condo was fully equipped! Sharp knives, appliances and initial supplies. Very clean and the views are outstanding. You don't need to leave the porch to enjoy the beach! Will keep this one on our list for future rentals! Thanks for a great vacay!

A Bit of Whimsy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the whimsical, nautical decor. The pounding waves could be heard from our 5th floor room, lulling you to sleep. The only thing I'd say, if you are a coffee drinker, bring your coffee maker, but there is great coffee across the street at Uber.

The unit was nice. The only issue we had was it was hot in the bedrooms so we all had trouble sleeping. The living area was comfortable. Also there were limited supplies, like 1 trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper in each of the bathrooms no dishwasher pods. Luckily I brought all that stuff with me.

Parking was a breeze, which made everything even easier. We loved the peaceful nights and the lively beach atmosphere during the day. The accommodations were top-notch, with comfortable furnishings and a perfect temperature both inside and on the balcony. The personal decor and little trinkets added a cozy touch that we really appreciated. We're definitely planning to come back next year, and probably many more times after that.
