Welcome to Your Boho Escape at Tocara Lifestyle Estate!
The space
Our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the heart of Fourways is your cozy, boho sanctuary with all the modern touches. Think bright, open spaces, earthy tones, and décor that will make you feel like you’ve just stepped into a Pinterest dream. The two bedrooms are spacious and comfy, and yes, each room has its own bathroom, so no sharing awkwardly with friends!
The open-plan living area is designed for comfort, with lots of natural light, and all the tech you need—smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and backup power. Our fully equipped kitchen is great for whipping up a quick snack or a full dinner, complete with a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze. Perched advantageously on the ground floor, allowing you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening sundowner on the private balcony—it’s the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the peaceful vibes.
The Estate
Tocara Lifestyle Estate offers everything you need to feel safe and comfortable, with 24/7 security for peace of mind. The estate also features a fully equipped gym, braai area, swimming pool, Padel tennis courts, and a kid-friendly play area. For those who need to work, there are co-working spaces with fast WiFi.
Looking for a snack or a quick coffee? There’s a charming little café on-site for those mid-day cravings. You’re also just a short drive from Fourways Mall, Broadacres Shopping Centre, and the iconic Montecasino for all your shopping, dining, and entertainment needs. If you’re in the mood for upscale shopping, Sandton Mall is just 15 minutes away.
