We felt at home from the moment we arrived until we left. Beautiful view of the lake from both sitting room and bedroom. The listing gives the impression (to me) it was a stand alone , but it is a condo / townhouse in a condo community. It was VERY quiet. We loved it and look forward to returning in the future.

This was the most delightful place I've stayed at in a very long time!! Very peaceful with a gorgeous view of the lake. The host is very easy to communicate with and replies quickly. The only reason I gave it 5 stars is that I couldn't give it 10!!!

The place was very clean. Everything you would need was there. It's located in a very peacefull area. There are lots of good places to eat right there near you. It's a great place to go for peace and quiet and relaxation. We didn't really do much while we were there but there are lots of things you can enjoy during your stay if that's something you would like to do. The host was very good about keeping in touch with us to make sure everything was good and giving advise on where the best restaurants are. The booking and checking in and out and everything in between went very smooth. No problems at all. The cost was reasonable too.

What a wonderful property, from the lake view to the darling home!! Connie has decorated her home beautifully and has all the necessities available to make your stay memorable. Enjoyed waking up and sitting on the back patio over looking the lake while drinking coffee every morning. Walked the 2 mile pedestrian bridge every evening and talking to some of the locals who were fishing. Perfect location to venture out to Charlestown, Beaufort and Hilton Head while visiting. Thank you for opening your charming home to us and when we come back, we will make sure to be in contact.

The host was attentive and responsive, even inviting us to check in earlier. The home was lovely, well-cared for and thoughtfully appointed. The small touches, such as a basket of coffee and filters along with some snacks allowed us to have coffee the next morning despite getting into town when the stores were closed. We will absolutely return to this property and feel comfortable recommending it others.

Beautiful memories in a beautiful place.

Everything was beautiful very nice very clean. It was very close to town so if you needed to run into town it was literally 2 minutes down the road. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the boats and waves. We fished a lot and made a lot of first time memories. We will never forget this place and this stay.

This condo is so very cute, clean and comfortable. Being an end unit, there is lots of natural light. We loved being to be able walk/bike to the path over the river. Nearby parks and restaurants were great! These condos are close to the interstate, but you really dont hear it inside the condo, and it's still peaceful outside too.The gazebo is just steps away and is a great place to have coffee, enjoy the view, have a cocktail and watch the sunsets! We loved the convenience of having no stairs, and parking just steps from your door. Having laundry in the unit was great too!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. We found it when we were looking for something central to both Columbia and Charleston as we wanted to explore both areas while we were in South Carolina for our son’s graduation at Fort Jackson. What we found was a hidden gem! The little community is so charming and pleasant. Highly recommend a dinner and breakfast at Clark’s Inn while you’re there. The condo community is quiet and peaceful. The water views and pool were amazing. Connie had everything we needed for our stay and the condo was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Lake life is hard to beat! I’m excited to share this cozy condo and help you enjoy everything Lake Marion and Santee have to offer for a fun, memorable, and laid-back stay.

This Condo is on the bottom floor on the end of the building giving you a feeling of privacy. You can view the lake from the living room and the Master bedroom. Sit on the patio and watch the boats go by or get a rod and reel and fish off the bank or gazebo. Take a walk on the two mile walking bridge right next to the condo and see the osprey, eagles, and other wildlife in nature.
